Like most of the reviews Ross and Liddell certainly has its flaws but Candela really helped me out. Candela dealt with my issue promptly and went further to help than what I asked. Thanks Candela!

Don't use them

Poor communication, they are with holding money from peoples, they didn't check areas of our estate and started to make our estate look awful and uninviting to people. Whenever we tried to contact or get information they would fob people off. Honestly if you can get away from them as a company I would as I think your average joe could do a better job when they also work a 9 till 5

Fact - over 3 years with acknowledged health and safety hazard partly blocking emergency exit

Fact - grass knee height and no weeding for most of summer autumn period

Never heard of data protection?

You write a review with your own hidden user name and in a response to your review Ross and Liddell identify you on a public website by name. Never heard of data protection/data breach? Unacceptable. I will be taking this further but in meantime remove my name immediately from your reply please R & L.

With regard to your reply there is nothing wrong with the postal service at my end. Other mail dated 2 and 3 days earlier turned up on same day as yours. Easy to blame someone else. Suggest you investigate your end instead as it is a recurring problem.

For once, helpful

Only for this experience with them as normally theyre a nightmare to deal with. But will give Paige the credit here, noticed an issue with a roof tile and Paige has quickly created a ticket and will arrange for someone to repair
