Silvana was the first person after many frustrating calls to Ross and Liddell who truly listened and responded in a very empathetic way to our issue and she was also the first who ACTUALLY me in touch with someone who could make a decision re our issue. A lady with a lovely name who obviously takes pride in her job and does it well.

After 2 positive review , sadly I need give you one star, I had an issue with common areas where has not been cleaned at least since January and should be clean quarterly. I contacted Ross and Liddell via chat three times and Michelle reassured me the matter will be treated as urgent and she will updated me by email, first of all we are on 07/07 and my first contact was on 17/06 and the place is still dirty and smelly , added on this I never received any updates by email or via phone. The last time I contacted them Kerri stated the tickets has been raised however nobody checked if the job has been done. I am not happy due to I am paying for the service has not been provided , bad bad really bad customer service . I escalated and I will go further as I can due to I am paying for it .

Very poor - generic and vague responses to grounds maintenance issues raised in our estate. They appear to have distanced themselves from a service that has been previously invoiced by them.
