I wish I could give ZERO stars. This company has terrible customer service, and I received my package 3 months after I ordered it, for Mother's Day. I repeatedly asked for a refund and the only response I was given was to "please continue waiting as it should arrive soon." I wish I would have disputed the charge because once I FINALLY received the item 3 months later, it was HORRIBLE quality. I do not suggest ordering from this website. Terrible product and definitely could have made the product better quality myself.

Fraud! One star is generous!
Ordered a Mother's Day Sweatshirt, with extra Expedited 4day Shipping, and only after contacting them for an update did they finally get back to me, 5 days later, with a story that their factory is overextended on orders and mine is on delay. 5 more days later, and same story. When i requested a refund, they fell back on their policy that "after 48hrs, only can cancel and refund 50%" - They are a scam of a company and best to avoid them! Reported them as fraud to my Credit Card company.

I placed an order weeks ago. Beware this company is in China. Nothing on the website tells you this. Basically, they screwed up my mothers day gift by not being honest to innocent purchasers. I will now rush to find another gift for mom. I have no idea on the quality. I just know, they really screwed me up and i placed order ordered 04-18-24, weeks before mothers day. Had this been a US company that would have been plenty of time. I read reviews after i placed order (my bad) and discovered people feel like they got scammed. If i was you, keep scrolling and find a company that seems to be legit honest and forthcoming with customers. Shame that we live in this type of world where money and scamming seem to be the go to.

I ordered an anniversary present for my son on 18 April.
Paid for express delivery 3-5 days. Two weeks later I have been trying to contact them to see where order is. However, they don't respond to emails and in the first instance my email was intercepted and a group answered me back trying to say they were DHL and get me to pay money. This I reported to DHL and Scam Watch. I will not be ordering online again too risky, no guarantee on delivery or quality, all just blank promises.

Bien reçu le collier, Le produit ne correspond pas à la photo publicitaire, la gravure est bâclée, presque invisible, alors que sur les photos elle est teintée en noir, en réalité elle n'est pas teintée ce qui fait qu'on ne la voit pas. Sur la photo, la gravure suit les courbes du médaillon, et en réalité c'est tout droit! Du coup c'est moche! 1) Remboursement total seulement à réception du produit (devant être renvoyé en Chine) 2) remboursement partiel (12,79euros) et on garde le produit tel quel! J'ai choisi l'option 2 n'ayant plus confiance en cette société basée en Chine. Je déconseille totalement!

Would give zero stars if available. Paid extra for Rush Shipping on a Valentine's Day order (ordered 2 weeks prior to Valentine's) and the product just arrived today 3/20. I did reach out to customer service numerous times and they were prompt in response, but very generic and zero explanation or sympathy. I was very polite with every interaction. Was promised a refund on the rush shipping - never got one. To top it all off, they didn't even use the entirety of the photo and it was printed wrong so I'm not even happy with the result. I thought I'd get a proof to avoid any issues like that, and they didn't do any proofing checks.
My experience was pretty good.
I ordered a personalised cookbook on the 15th of February and received it today (14 March). I was very nervous after reading the reviews and felt doubtful that I would receive my product. However, every email that I sent was responded to...but I was still a bit unsure. The cookbook arrived today and is lovely and exactly what I ordered. It appears that I had doubted them for no reason. Thanks Rosefeels.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Ordered a wood cover cook book on the 16th of January with the 3day delivery (extra $46) plus the ViP service (extra $4 something) so total paid was approximately $160 and it still has not arrived.
I requested a refund for the $46 plus $4 and they informed me that they would give $15 and then after I told them “no way” they said that they would give $30 but need time!!
I have canceled my order and if I don’t receive a full refund I will report them to ASIC.
Do they have a physical address? Because the police will be next!!
Worst products ever
The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I had to. Terrible cheap looking product that cost over $100 (Aus) to buy, and took 2 months to get here despite paying for fast delivery. The product looks as though it’s worth about $2. I am too embarrassed to give this as a gift- I will throw it on the bin instead- it’s that cheap looking. Will never buy from them again
Just a confidence scheme
My son has purchased an $80 all wood recipe book that he wanted to give his mother for Christmas. Plenty of time to deliver ordered and paid for on the 9th of December with confirmation of delivery in time for christmas. Almost a month later after repeated requests for a refund it arrived.
All wood means a laminated peice of garbage with our family name on the front and scratches all over it. Considering it came in enough soft packaging that you know it had to have been damaged at the source.
To add insult to injury, the $80 plus dollars and delivery fee which all up came out close to $100 now looks like a massive mark up for Christmas. Why? Because the same thing is now on the market at $18 and a delivery fee. Not on sale...just on the market.
First Etsy purchase. Last Etsy purchase. RoseFeels return the money wwe will happily mail it back...or droip it back rather considering your address appears to be 10 minutes drive away.

Site à éviter absolument. Arnaque complète, service clients semblade à la qualité des objets vendu. En bref, éviter de perdre votre temp et votre Argent sur ce site. Il y a d'autre site qui propose les même genre de produits , et qui eux sont réglo !
