It’s 18 karat gold my mom just loves it. The names are all spelled correctly. Those people that R saying it’s cheap and the names R spelled wrong. You’re just giving a bad review for no reason well worth the money I paid and more. It does take a while to get to you just be patient. It will arrive.

I would rate them 0 stars if possible - by far the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Like other reviewers, I ordered before Christmas and paid a hefty amount for express ‘3-day shipping.’ After waiting for a week and a half for this ‘three day shipping’, I reached out to the company who ignored my message. I then followed up and was told they were ‘busy’ and to ‘wait a few more days.’ I told them if they couldn’t deliver within a certain timeframe they needed to cancel my order and refund me. It has now been over a month since I ordered - I never received my product, I have been disputing this with them back and forth and they are refusing to refund me the full amount. They need to be shut down.

Paid for VIP AND Express shipping on 16/12/2024 to recieve my order in 3 days. I recieved an email from them on 24/12/2024 saying they need another week. I have since received an email on 07/01/2025 saying they havn't shipped my order and need more time. I've paid $40 in services to have my order expedited, which they can't clearly honour and are refusing to reimburse me for these services. They are also refusing to refund me the full item of my order.
Necklace with grandchildren’s names
I ordered a necklace with the grandchildren’s names on it. Paid for expedited shipment in 3-4 days but still haven’t received it. Unfortunately I didn’t check reviews before ordering and I’d warn anyone against ordering from this site.

I should have read the reviews first! Ordered Dec 5 and on Dec 22 I emailed to ask where my order is - response was "sorry - we are so busy, can you tell me what your pictures were"? On Dec 24 they asked me to send them my pictures for the cutting board again. It was a Xmas gift so now I have cancelled the order and awaiting the refund which will probably never happen! Don't order from this company - don't make my mistake!

I would never buy from them again. The time frame was so far off (triple) and it comes from China so the Christmas present will never make it. I have inadvertently bought things that come from China and the quality is poor. I am afraid my granddaughters present will be very late but also poor quality.

RUN away from this SCAM company
Like most everyone else, I would have given 0 stars if that was an option. I order an anniversary gift for my son and his wife. It was ordered in plenty of time for it to arrive (2 mon in advance). It was late and the book I received was not usable. It was a leather bond book, that was customized. The book came with the book cover and the lettering in the exact same color so as you can image you can NOT see it. I asked for recommendation on how to fix it and Lisa said to take it to a jeweler. What is a jeweler going to do to fix a leather book bedazzle it. $100 book and she gave me a $20 refund. The book had to be thrown away.. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Save your self time. just throw your money away its would be at lot less stressful
Order well in advance of needed date
As other people have noted, orders take a long time to be received. Mine took a little over a month. I ordered a leather bound photo album and I'm happy with the result. Fortunately I ordered it well ahead of our anniversary so I received it on time. I didn't receive an email confirmation of my order, so I sent an email to customer support to ask for verification. They were able to do that quickly and assured me that it was being processed. I'm happy with the overall quality of the book, and it was a very good price.
Late birthday order and partial refund
I ordered a personalised gift for my wifes birthday and it didn't arrive. When I asked for a refund I was told the order would be rushed and that they had high volumes of orders to work through. I then asked for a refund and was only able to obtain a partial refund despite the order delivery being missed with zero communication at any point. Terrible service, would strongly avoid.

J’ai commandé un bracelet avec gravure pour l’anniversaire de mon épouse. J’ai payé un supplément de 8 € pour une livraison sous 5 à 8 jours. Le bracelet m’est parvenu 3 semaines plus tard, donc bien après l’anniversaire de mon épouse. De plus il ne correspondait pas du tout à la photo et au descriptif. Et il y avait une erreur sur la gravure. J'ai demandé un remboursement par l’intermédiaire du service client en ligne. On me proposait un remboursement partiel, de 20%, 30%, 50%, que je refusais systématiquement en expliquant que je souhaitais un remboursement total. Ensuite on m’à proposé un remboursement de 70% sous condition que je renvoie l’objet à mes frais et en Chine. J'ai refusé en disant que s'agissant d’un site en .fr je devais renvoyer l’objet à une adresse physique en France. Après un mois et demi d’échanges infructueux avec une personne qui visiblement ne parle pas le Français et répond toujours la même chose, j'ai mis fin aux discussions. Adorlla.fr est une véritable arnaque. Ils sont malhonnêtes et incompétents. N’achetez surtout pas sur ce site.

Horrendous customer service, Horrendous company to deal with. Dont touch. Left with no gift for my parents when we travelled all the way to siciliy to see them, supposedly with the gift for their 40th wedding anniversary. So disappointing!

Arrived 3 weeks late, broken, poor quality. The wood was as thin and flimsy as a wooden craft from the dollar tree. I paid over $80 for something not worth $5. Would not recommend!
