I had purchased four courdary jackets and did not like the quality of the jackets and I had to return them back to China which somehow does not get cleared from customs and was then sent back to me. From the moment of ordering to returning and for the jackets to come back to me which has taken 6 months - I did not want and with the cost of the jackets of £127 and £50 postage to China a total of £177 , I asked for a full refund and they refused. Please stay away from this company at all cost

Thank you for your response.
I must respectfully reject the offer of a 35% refund.
I purchased these items in good faith and, when they proved unsuitable, I followed your return instructions and paid approximately £50 to return them to the address provided. The parcel then became stuck in customs clearance and was ultimately returned to me. This was entirely outside of my control.
As a customer, I have already incurred significant expense, inconvenience and time dealing with this matter. I paid £127.84 for the order, together with approximately £50 in return postage costs, and despite complying with your return process I am now left with neither a refund nor a successful return.
I also understood Rose & Keith to be a UK/London-based business. Had it been made clear that returns would need to be sent to China, with the associated risks, costs and customs complications, I would have taken that into consideration before purchasing.
I am requesting that Rose & Keith reconsider this matter and honour a full refund. I believe I have acted reasonably throughout and should not bear the financial loss arising from problems within the return delivery process and customs handling.
If we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, I will have no option but to pursue the matter through PayPal's Buyer Protection process and raise complaints with the relevant consumer protection and trading bodies. I will also share my experience through appropriate review channels so that other customers can make informed purchasing decisions.
I hope we can resolve this amicably and I look forward to receiving confirmation that a full refund will be issued.

ROSE & KEITH is an online scam company!
They present themselves as a British seller with a deceptive website with a UK domain, when in fact they are based in China and have no address or branch in the UK.
They sent me two pieces of junk called clothes, I ordered size XL but they sent a size S shirt.I corresponded with them and they sent me an address to return the item to China, but after 4 months the item was returned to my home and I had paid £25 in postage.
They didn't pick up my return package from China customs until it was back in the UK after 4 months, this is their trick.
They have a 5 star trustpilot scam badge on their website with fake 5 star reviews! But in reality they have a terrible one-star rating on Trustpilot!
I want to sue them so they can't scam others anymore.

SCAM SITE … appears to be UK based but it’s a drop ship company from China. Items are POOR QUALITY (missing button holes on cardigan and awful stitching). Returns need to be sent at your cost to China and costs a fortune. Item stuck in customs and no refund received. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I bought some well advertised fur lined boots from these. Took over two weeks and came from China, not in a shoe box but just bubble wrap.
However, I really like the boots, very comfortable and cheaper than those in Next, although they are not leather. The reason for the 2 stars is because I thought this was a British company but they're not, and the packaging was cheap. At the moment though, I'm actually quite happy with the product

Absolutely awful customer service and do everything they can to avoid giving you a refund.

I was totally hoodwinked by this company thinking it was based in London, but it is a Chinese sweatbox scam and the quality is horrendous. I bought a cardigan and it didn't even have button holes and I was offered a 35% refund which still worked out better than the hoops I was being asked to jump through to send this rag back to China for the full refund. It took weeks to arrive and I honestly just put it right in the bin. AVOID THIS SCAM AT ALL COSTS!! All of the reviews are fake!

As mentioned by other reviewers this company are not based in a London boutique.

It took 2 weeks to be delivered and was cheap and ill fitting.
They constantly reply with made up offers to refund, 15%, then 20% then up to 35%.
You have to return the item back to China for a full refund which will likely cost me half the price of the shoddy jacket i was sent.
I will return jacket but don't expect to see any money back so will contact credit card for chargeback.

Items took ages to ship. The quality was very very poor. So bad you wouldn't buy it even for £1. No contact number. No invoice or return details supplied. They do not reply to messages or email. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The item took 3 weeks to arrive, was nothing like the one shown on their site and what they don’t tell you is that it has to be returned to Asia at your cost 😲 Don’t believe the money back guarantee. They offered 20% off our next order - as if!!! Or 15% refund, which was increased to 35% after we pointed out the blatant lies

I bought a coat from this company never again very poor quality no invoice no returns form, took forever to arrive from London apparently probably made in the hills in China doesn't even say what size it is in the coat . I didn't pay a lot for it but the original price was £170 they should be done for fraud so I've given it to a local charity

Just received my delivery and its quite embarrassing the quality that has been sent out, surprised as to how long it took to arrive due to it being london, but then eventually the item has arrived, and its absolutely shocking.
Ive enclosed 1 pic as not going to waste anymore of my time on the product.

This is totally a scam. It’s not a uk based company. And what you see on there website it’s not real. All products comes from china and very cheap quality. Even though you can’t wear them. So please place don’t buy anything from them. Even though if you get 99% discount. Please don’t buy… they are scammers. And they won’t give your money back. And if you need to return it you have to send it to china with your cost.

Don't buy from these type of AD's on FaceBook or internet they are fronts for cheap Chinese goods. They use a familiar names and glossy images that look British and legit selling quality clothing, but they are not. They also frequently change the brand names to fool you, so look out for the same products as they will be a fake company. They are shipped from China through to a European base then to a warehouse at a London airport and then on to the customer, and in some cases you won't even receive the items at all.

Save your money.
Items are not anything like they show in the pictures. Really really poor quality.
Asked for returns instructions several times with no response.
Cheap shite!

This is a drop-ship website. You can get exactly the same items from AliExpress for one third of the price. It will take a week to arrive, as it come from China.

It’s says on there so called website that it has excellent reviews on Trust pilot,
