Straight forward questionnaires
The format and flow of the questionnaire was easy to follow. The type and length of the questionnaire were reasonable for the payment incentive.
Good and regular comms from Ronin as I had to chase up payment.
I would recommend and will take part in future surveys if requested.

Relevant Study, Trustworthy Payment & Communication
Study was relevant to me. I got a weird “site not secure” message when trying to claim payment, but the team responded quickly and were able to process my payment on the backend so I felt secure. It was very easy and professional and after going through that experience I trust Ronin much more now and actually just did another study with them.

Great experience, no issues
I’ve had a great experience working with Ronin International. They offer a wide variety of surveys, many of which are interesting and engaging. The team’s communication is outstanding—always clear and professional, which makes the entire process smooth and hassle-free.
One thing to note is that while payments can sometimes take a bit of time to come through, they always do. This reliability gives me confidence in continuing to work with them. It’s reassuring to know that they deliver on their promises.

I did a survey that lasted not up to…
I did a survey that lasted not up to 30mins and it was very seamless. The rewards promised took over 8weeks as their email stated But they eventually kept to their word and sent the incentive to my PayPal as promised.
