Will you get paid?
They paid me for one survey, I had to chase them for the second one and the third they are ignoring my requests to be paid. I have emailed panel@ronin multiple times requesting my completion show up on my dashboard so I can track it, even if payment is pending their review. I also have submitted multiple tickets from my account.
I received the compensation for my November 2024 survey March 14, 2025.

They don't scam, trust me
They reached me out through my LinkedIn DM about the survey in August 2024, and as it was said in the email, they gave me a confirmation message about 2 months after I took the survey. It was quite long I guess, for $35 payment. But they really paid, it wasn't a scam at all. Eventually, I ever experienced a problem with my payment, I still have no idea about it but I guess the payment was reversed due to a problem with the PayPal itself, so the incentive came too late for almost a month from the expected time. But as I sent a complain, they really processed it and they finally sent my incentive 2 days ago. So, I might say, they're not scamming you, your effort for this survey is really paid, but it actually takes too long to be processed

SCAM AVOID
They mentioned they credited me with an Amazon voucher, but no email was received. No response via the support system.
Avoid and don’t waste your time.
PS. Perhaps instead of replying on here to save face, you should start replying to the support emails you receive.
Note that the survey took place more than 6 months ago and have tried to enquire multiple times.
Now kindly stop wasting my time any further.

Ronin great compensation for your time.
Ronin reached me through my LinkedIn profile.
I understood the proposal initially, but it was too good to be true. I decided to face the challenge (I love a challenge), and to my surprise, RONIN did all they promised. The questionnaire is extensive, but they really paid for the time you spent on it. It was a pleasure to see questions out of the box, with context, the relation between subjects, and a deep understatement of the technologies they used to answer.
I hope to be invited for more shortly.

This appears to be a scam, I completed a survey months ago without payment, I have emailed the panel email address as instructed on 5 occasions now without a response, even if this isn't a scam the time wasted chasing, combined with doing the survey doesn't warrant the effort for the compensation. Unprofessional amateurs at best.
*Update - Definitely a scam, received a generic response with more excuses, it’s been almost 3-months without payment. I don’t understand how unethical businesses like this can operate. Avoid communicating with Ronin, they’re pathetic.

Easy to complete and as expected
Survey was easy to complete and took less than 20minutes. I received the exact renumeration promised to my PayPal account a few weeks later. I would take part in another survey if requested again.
