I scored 1 star because of the security guard. Every time I walk in he looks at me like I’m going to steal! As soon as I walk in the shop he follows me around until he realised I won’t steal dusty old clothes

Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience. I paid €53.90 for a Vintage Lacoste Sport shirt. After wearing it once and washing it once at 30°C (as instructed and never tumble dried), the zipper came apart, the stitching started to unravel, and the care label became completely unreadable.
Even more disappointing is Rokit's customer service. Despite four emails, including clear photos of the defects, I have received no meaningful response whatsoever.
Poor product quality combined with non-existent customer support. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Rokit. Buy at your own risk—if something goes wrong, don't expect them to take responsibility.

Service completely sucks
Service completely sucks. They will tell you that your order will be there on one day and not even ship out tell that day has come and you have to email and ask where your tracking number is. Plan on returning the item once I recieve it. 1 star for effort because they "shipped it even tho it hasnt gotten to the carrier yet. 0 star for caring they forgot my order. Will never give them any of my hard earned money again.

Don’t order from them
Don’t order from them. I ordered next day special delivery and they didn’t bother to ship it because one of the TEN items was out of stock, even though it was listed on the site. Then they “attempted to deliver” even though I have a 24 hour concierge they said no one was home. They didn’t redeliver until after I had left for my holiday, and now the returns period won’t allow me to return by the time I get back. Awful customer service, don’t bother you can find much nicer elsewhere. It also makes no sense to hold up an entire order because one item is out of stock. Especially when they have paid for express delivery. Just auto refund the item, or make sure your website is up to date to stop this from happening

Hi, I'm very sorry that you didn't receive your order in time for your holiday. As an item from your order was out of stock, we contacted you to double check if you wanted that item substiuted with another and to inform you in case you wanted to cancel your order. Once you had responded to us we sent your order out immediately and provided you with a refund for the next day delivery. This has been our policy for when these types of situations occur to keep the customer informed, but thank you for your feedback, as you have let us know that it was not beneficial for you at all and we can change this policy going forward.
I am very sorry to hear that your order was not delivered as expected, but unfortunately we have no control over your order once it leaves our premises and cannot influence how the postal service delivers your order, but we will be flagging this issue with the courier to investigate.
If you would still like to return any item/s, please reach out to our customer care team as in special circumstances of postal delay/order issues a return extension can be arranged.
We are taking your review into consideration so that we are able to provide the best service possible for our customers!
