Great range of clothes

Excellent range of clothing at a range of price points and condition. Descriptions accurate for the items I have ordered so far. Well managed website and helpful size / measurements…. Sizing still can be troublesome buying online but the ‘real’ measurements do help. Seemingly very well managed returns however my first experience of returns was a very, very slow refund and no acknowledgement of return package being received before the refund was issued despite Royal Mail tracking showing delivery 11 days earlier. The refund was issued eventually but if returns are worth a significant value it is comforting for the returns tracking to match up with the Royal Mail tracking for a bit of reassurance.

I had such a great experience at this vintage store! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The service was outstanding – they took the time to give really helpful advice and made the whole experience feel personal.

You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. The vibe in the store was amazing too – super friendly, relaxed, and just overall a great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great shop… bought a few items that are great. Only issue is thy when you’re scrolling for some time the page refreshes and taken you back to the top, very annoying when you’re trying to shop. Has happened a few times even when on wifi

Ordered a Carhartt sized Small online . Arrived it was XXL and stunk so bad. Still had no response yet will be taking them to town and back appalling customer service . Avoid at all costs .

Ich habe da bestellt und musste nach meiner 180€ Bestellung auch noch 72€ Zoll Gebühren zahlen nie wieder hier was bestellen nirgendwo steht das die Zoll Kosten von dem Verbraucher übernommen werden oder das es überhaupt welche gibt reiner Scam nicht kaufen !!!

I ordered a pink striped shirt, but I received a wrong different shirt. I would like my money back, or receive the right item.

I’ve ordered from here a couple of times the clothes I’ve gotten are some of my absolute favorites. Always come in good condition exactly as the description states. I love thrifted !!
