Rock My World Travel Omdömen

RMW travel organised our family holiday to Greece. The service was great, our seats were in the front of the plane with a meal, private transfer to hotel and excellent room location at the resort. They checked in with us before we left and after we arrived. Best holiday we’ve had. We will definitely use them again!

Great holiday to New York, Clearwater in Florida followed by Orlando. Little amendments needed done to the initial iternary. Our plans were detailed beautifully and the briefing call before we left was very helpful. Had a fantastic time and would definitely use RMW Travel again. Thank you Stewart for all your help.

Isobel, Donna and the team couldn’t have been better with helping us arrange our trip to Boston and Miami for the World Cup. Clearly very knowledgable about each location so were able to help advise on hotels and the best areas to stay, but also very helpful in us understanding more practical aspects of our trip such as how we’d receive our match tickets.

Always very quick to respond and offer their help and guidance when needed. Made it clear in all the ways they could support at any time pre, post and during trip, but not pushy at all.

A brilliant experience, would highly recommend Rock My World. We will definitely use again!

Everything was great, thank you so much

Great service from start to finish. Isobel and the team were fantastic, highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Rock My World Travel. Although my circumstances changed and I was ultimately unable to book my holiday, the team was incredibly helpful, professional, and diligent throughout the process.

They took the time to understand what I was looking for, responded promptly to my questions, and worked hard to find suitable options. Their customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated their patience and commitment, even when my plans changed unexpectedly.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rock My World Travel to anyone looking for a travel agent who genuinely cares about helping their clients and goes the extra mile to provide great service.

Great communication from start and during holiday. Booked with Rock your world before and will again. Thoroughly recommend this business for great service. I had 1 issue with hotel and got in touch and was fixed promptly

Donna was excellent from start to finish and picked great hotels for us along the way and flights and transfers. She was always there if we had any issues and sorted them out straight away.
We both had an amazing holiday and have amazing memories and would highly recommend Rock My World to anyone thinking about booking a holiday

Excellent communication and extremely knowledgeable. Would recommend RMW services again and again! Personalised service and little details made the service spectacular. Thank you!

Another holiday where RMW delivered! We had a set of particular criteria and everything was perfect, the hotel was fabulous. Appreciated the communication with the RMW team in the lead up, answering my questions quickly and ensuring all documentation was recieved.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Always on hand to help throughout and loved the little touches like the luggage e-tags, which were really useful to track our bags. All went smoothly and had the most amazing holiday, thank you!

RMW helped us to plan a family trip of a lifetime to North America, ensuring that we were well planned and prepared and adding details that brought sparkle to the holiday! It is evident that Isobel has a wealth of experience and knowledge that really makes it into the most special of holidays. Highlights for us: skiing in Lake Louise, the Via rail train from Jasper to Vancouver and the ferry over to Vancouver Island. We will definitely be asking RMW to help us plan our next adventure! Thank you!

A stress free holiday thanks to the care and attention provided by Isobel and Donna for our much needed trip to Portugal during the Easter school holidays. Amazing service with regular check-ins. Highly recommended and will use again. Thank you

Another excellent experience with RMW and another fabulous holiday! The team are fantastic, you are supported throughout. They are patient, remind you when to do things and answer any questions you have quickly and efficiently.

Wonderful custom made trip that ticked all the boxes and more. Knowledge of RMW really contributed to our wonderful holiday. I would recommend and would use again

Excellent!
The entire team at RMW Travel made our magical trip tailored specifically to our family and the type of trip that we hoped to have. They made the entire experience so easy for us, taking the admin and time it takes to plan a multi-stop holiday with different adventures along the way. They were always at the end of a whatsapp message or email whenever we may have had questions, in fact they pre-empted our questions and often I had a message waiting for me from the team to check that we were happy with the latest hotel, etc. There were some lovely touches along the way with a childs guide to the country arriving in the post the month before we travelled, and welcome notes from the RMW team waiting in each of our hotel rooms when we arrived.
We have never used a travel agent before, always favouring off the beaten track adventure holidays. RMW Travel allowed us to have just that again, but without the admin and research needed to do so - they did all of that for us and we cant recommend them enough. We will be using again for the next adventure!

We recently returned from a family holiday to Orlando organised by Rock My World Travel and had a fantastic experience! Stewart was so helpful especially with all the Disney arrangements which can feel a bit overwhelming at times as there's so much to get your head around. Everything from flights and accommodation to car hire and dinner reservations was taken care of. It really made the whole experience a lot less stressful than it could have been - we're so grateful to Stewart and the team for organising the trip of a lifetime for our family!

We had a great experience with the RMW team. They had good knowledge of destinations and were careful in the planning of our trip to think about what would suit us for travelling with a baby. They went out their way to find us a new holiday at short notice when world events impacted our original plans and included some very thoughtful touches along the way. It was easy to access our holiday information on their online portal and communication was easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Great suggested itinerary, helpful and knowledgeable. Good communications before, during and after our trip, Isabel and team provide a fantastic service!

Would definitely book with Rock My World again. Great service, I wanted someone to take my requirements and come back with suggestions and Isobel was great. I didn't have the time or the confidence to do my own research as the choices are vast. They kept in touch before and during the trip to ensure all was going well and I loved my bar of chocolate on return from the holiday to cheer me up.
