Any money that customers pay to us is held in a trustee account until the contract has been fully performed, which ensures that your full payment is protected and refunded to you in the unlikely event of our insolvency. This provision is in accordance with ‘The Package Travel Regulations’ set by the Department of Trade and Industry in the United Kingdom. Also, if customers pay for their booking via credit card then they will be protected by their credit card company in the unlikely event of our insolvency.
