Patience, courtesy and expediency

Timeliness of document approval is ridiculous. I just don't understand with technology of today what is taking so long. I have financed 3 times with Rocket and probably will not recommend them in the future or use them ever again after this horrible experience. I feel like I am not important enough to get this done as I have talked to several people and gotten nowhere. This is unacceptable for a company of this size.

The communication was great until the terms of my loan changed. Then no one contacted me until after I signed papers.
The final paperwork was messed up, causing us to have to reschedule the closing 3 times in one day. We wasted an entire day trying to accomplish what should have been done by 9:30. I'm actually irritated that someone is making a commission off this mid-grade service provided.

Mark was great , he went over all of our options and kept us updated daily . What a nice person, Rocket is lucky to have a great team member in Mark Zalewski. The whole team and process was amazing. Thank you for making it easy and stress free . And of course … Rocket fast !!!!

It was great to do the papperwork online, but am still waiting on final numbers.

From start to finish everything went off without a hitch. Moe Harb was absolutely wonderful and our closer was also excellent. They made to entire process painless!!!

The fact that everything was done electronically, including the closing, which actually took about 15 minutes. The Rocket online website and the app were great tools for following the process and uploading documents. Being able to pre-sign documents electronically was key, and being able to complete the closing from home virtually was priceless.

Every step was told to us ahead of time so we always knew what to expect. The whole process was done in a quick time frame.

Great overall experience. From contact until closing.

Everyone was super nice, it was a fairly smooth transaction. My only complaint would be when you go to ask a question to 1 person they would direct you to another person to get the answer. So I think it would be helpful if you had 1 person that stuck with you through the whole process, that could answer any questions or that would be willing to find out the answer. It just made it a little confusing having 4 different people who all work in different parts that can only answer questions pertaining to their department. Other than that buying a house through Rocket mortgage was a great experience and I will definitely use them for my future loans.

Everything was top notch until we got to the closing. The app on my laptop would not allow the camera. I used two browsers (edge and chrome), with the correct settings, and still didn’t work. Ended up having to use my cell phone.
Nice to have a remote closing though.

Other than that, all people involved were amazing.

I've been with Rocket Mortgage for over a decade and absolutely love the service. The website is great and every time I've financed or refinanced it's been a breeze.

The whole thing was easy and painless.

The people were nice, and helpful especially because I am not one to do things on line.
But I had 30 tasks or so and I had to do about 3 extra things to Prove I did those!!! It was a nightmare for me

Most 0f all most response to my questions was quick, only one person was slow to respond.

Rocket knocked it out of the park with my recent closing. Adam Zinkosky provided expert advise on products and structure. He also brought in For Sale By Owner Assist, which made the purchase agreement a breeze. Next was Rocket Close. Ben Holtquist was available, timely and kept me informed the entire process. I was able to close at my home. The follow up, efficiency and professionalism was excellent.

My credit score is over 800 and you gave me a interest rate of over 10%
I think that is robbery and I am a veterans widow..Thanks alot !
If I didn't need the money I would not have excepted this deal.
