Mistake after mistake…delays delays delays…I have nothing nice to say

Mr.Grabowski was warm and personable. It was a quick easy process.

The redundant request for documents was unpleasant. Tanner Held was a pleasure to work with, he was able to lead us through the process and act as a go between to convince "the underwriter" that they had the requested documents. At several points we were ready to give up! But he kept us going!

Our Advisor was great to work with and very helpful; however, there were a lot of things at the end of the journey that I feel should have been completed earlier on. We did not know until 2 weeks before Closing that we needed an inspection for insurance, our own insurance policy written before signing, a property appraisal and a property survey. Each of these added up to a higher mortgage; some were out of pocket. The day before Closing we found out we had to provide a Closing Fee when we did not expect to do so.
While the people were all patient & helpful, the procedures should be restructured to prevent unnecessary stress at the end of what is already a challenging time.

We have been using Rocket Mortgage for years from our first mortgage to refinancing the experience was always good

Will be closing in person next week! 0 for 2 online with Rocket Close. First try, a document was incorrect. A week later, second try, after 3+ hours on the phone the morning of our online closing because pre-sign wasn’t working, started online close and notary said only one document was in closing package. Gave you one star because zero stars wasn’t an option. Other than that, you guys were great!
