The E verification needs some work. The live notary was great.

Very smooth and easy

Customer service was fantastic. Everyone was kind, respectful and solved any issue within one phone call. The electronic notary signing was our only issue. Wish we could have had an in-person notary the first time instead of having to reschedule for in-person. Even with tat small delay, we will recommend Rocket Mortgage to everyone.

When I tried Rocket Mortgage I was completely amazed how friendly and helpful everyone was. The whole process was online which was wonderful because I work full time and have a family. I was able to text, email, and use the app at my convenience. Every step of the way was explained thoroughly and when it came time to sign papers for the closing- the closing agent even came to my workplace by request so I didn’t have to take time off work. I am super grateful and very pleased with the entire experience- and now I can finally say I am a homeowner!!

The experience was amazing. I loved being able to read the documents ahead of time and write down my questions to bring to the closing. This made things move faster and made me feel less pressure in the actual closing.

The process was very smooth and Ali did an amazing job keeping us informed on everything. The internet call Closer was not very good. The process was again easy and she provided all the details but she looked like she stepped out of bed for the call and not really professional.

Everything was great from start to finish. We started with Joe. He gave us all the information we needed in a clear manner. Super friendly while professional. From there the app was easy to follow. We finished up with Chris. He was helpful at the end. Would definitely recommend.
