Rock-Ola famously inspired the term ‘Rock and Roll’, and has been manufacturing games and Jukeboxes since 1927, starting out in Chicago and later moving to California’s West Coast, seen by many as the jukebox’s spiritual home.

We sent the hard drive back to them.

We sent the hard drive back to them to update the web feature to get the album covers. They send an old drive, last updated in 2012 and it didn't even fit our unit. Sent it back and asked for our original back (we had 8 years worth of music on it). He couldn't find it. Spoke numerous times with the lady in customer service. Terrible attitude. Received a call from Alexander, the owner. Said he would take care of the issue. Nothing was done. Last contact was August of last year. Ghosted completely and out $250.00 that was supposed to be refunded. Stay away from this company. And this started in May of last year.

There was alot of time that passed…

There was alot of time that passed before my items shipped. I am working on a customer's machine and they are wanting to know why it is taking so long to affect repairs. I almost gave a 3 star review but I think it is probably closer to a 3.5 star rating.

Jukebox looks and sounds great
I highly recommend anyone who is thinking about buying a brand new Rock-Ola Jukebox that comes with a 1 year factory warrantee to "pull the trigger" and do it. You'll not regret it.

Customer service

It would have been nice if people would answer the phone over their. Never use to be like that. I know for a fact you have very qualified people that work their and they know what there doing. They may not be happy for some reason? Parts and the way it was shipped was excellent. thank you
