Ordered 5 months ago. They took my 10k in quick second, but when you try to contact them regarding the jukebox, they don't answer their phones, answer email, or call back. Like a ghost company and zero communication. Now I will need to contact my bank to get the money returned as I cannot believe how POOR customer service actually is. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PART WITH A HEAFTY CHUNK OF MONEY AND NOT GET YOUR PRODUCT. THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE.

Three years ago, I made a wonderful decision. Instead of buying jewelry—as my husband offered, I suggested a jukebox—an authentic one that would transport me back to the good ol’ days and awaken memories! Besides, what was I going to with hundreds of 45-rpm vinyl records that I had collected during my childhood? I started my search for a real, authentic quality “bubbler,” but only came up with the names of a few shops selling used junk in other states. The more I searched, the more I had a desire to visit the factory where quality craftsman jukeboxes were made—hoping that was within the United States. Then, I discovered the world headquarters for Rock-Ola was four miles away from my home in Torrance!

I quickly called the factory and made an appointment to view dozens of Rock-Ola jukeboxes being manufactured. They are hand built with real wood veneers and die-cast metal. I fell in love with dozens of them, but decided on the “original look,” the jukebox in my memory. The all-black ones would look great with a matching ebony grand piano. The all-white jukebox looked clean and modern, but I wasn’t looking for something contemporary. However, they were all beautiful and unique.

The factory personnel were extremely welcoming to me. They explained the bubbler tubes and demonstrated how the carousel selects the records. One of the factory-floor workers selected a Ricky Nelson 45 rpm, and I was instantly transported back to 1959. I hadn’t heard that deep vinyl base in decades—I was mesmerized.

The first decision I had to make was deciding between a jukebox that played 45’s or a jukebox that played CD’s since both were available from Rock-Ola. These jukeboxes are all custom assembled. Looking back, I made the correct decision in selecting the 45-rpm record version because, to my surprise, Bluetooth was installed within the jukebox. Now, I have downloaded hundreds of songs from my CD’s on to my iPhone and play these selections through the fabulous amplifiers and 5-speaker system for a “live performance” audio delight.

This stunning luxury jukebox now serves as a focal point—a centerpiece for my living room. Knowing that Rock-Ola is the last authentic American-made jukebox feels like owning a piece of history.

Since purchasing, I have held six afternoon jukebox parties where I explain the history of the jukebox over a century ago and guests dress in 1950’s style poodle skirts, dungarees, charm bracelets, cat-eye glasses, with sock-hop bobby socks. If you are looking for a genuine, heirloom-quality jukebox, there is simply no substitute for a Rock-Ola jukebox. It has been a delight working with the owner, Alexander Walder-Smith, and his staff.

I rate this company five-stars (out of 5). Maybe a few years ago, I might have subtracted a little for the late response in returning my phone calls, but that has greatly improved in the recent past.

The CEO personally took my order over and communicated with me the progress throughout and delviered with 715 albums of extra content across all genres inside a beautiful new RockOla Juke Box! It took longer than was originally promised, which is why I didn't give a five star, but he followed thru with every promise made.

It is a masterpiece of quality craftmanship!
It is truly exquisite! The quality of the outside cabinet and mechanism inside are very impressive.
The type of craftsmanship that Rock-Ola puts into building you their jukeboxes shows old world pride and care, which will gives owners lasting value! I have not felt or seen this type of pride for craftsmanship in any product manufactured for a very long time.

Ordering a Rock-Ola jukebox isn't for the faint of heart. They are made to order, and the buyer needs to know going into purchasing one, that it does take time to have it built and received.
In this day and age of immediate gratification, that making an impressive to order quality crafted product, one has to be patient and willing to wait! Again, the craftsmanship is "old world" quality and care in building a product with pride. Their owner said to me, that each one has to be perfect!
And they certainly are!

I am proud to have one in my home for all those who want to be transported back into time where memories where simple and joyful! And I look forward to countless hours of memories and listening pleasure!

Update, 03/23/26. I originally ordered a jukebox from In The New Age aka For Your Gameroom. The owners James and Mary Bolin, stole my money and never ordered it from the factory. So if you order anything from James Matthew or Mary Bolin, DO NOT SEND them any money, as they will steal it.
Back to Rock-Ola, it took over 3 years to finally get my jukebox, and it is nice. However, after about 5 months, it quit working. I contacted Rock-Ola and Alexander, and Joey and Robert from Service, and after a few replaced items ( one wiring harness broke), I was able to get it working again. The service team really did a good job, walking me through the replacement of the harness. One thing, take lots of pictures of anything you are replacing, as there is a lot of wires. All in all, I'm pretty happy with Rock-Ola. Oh yeah, Cheron ( hope I spelled that right) , was a big help as well.

The CEO of the company communicated at least every other week as to the progress of my juke box. In the listing it states that it could take 6 to 9 months to build my juke box. It did take a little longer, but I understand when waiting for the components from other companies, that it can take longer. In summary, the communication was great. The Juke Box is GREAT! The wait time for a product of this quality and workmanship is WELL worth it! I would definately order this Juke Box again. As I mentioned earlier, Alexander kept in touch with me during the build, and helped me understand with confidence the wait time was necessary. Best Juke Box on the Planet!!

I ordered a custom jukebox on February 28, 2024, expecting a premium, made‑to‑order experience.
On December 11, 2024, I visited the manufacturer’s facility in person and was shown a jukebox in production that staff said was assigned to my order. On February 19, 2025, I was emailed a photo of a jukebox labeled with my name, which further indicated the order was underway. Despite this, no firm delivery date was ever provided, and communication has been sporadic. In September 2025, after about 18 months of delays, I posted a public review describing my experience. Shortly afterward, the owner personally called me, apologized, and made assurances of weekly updates and a timely delivery. Based on those assurances, I voluntarily removed the review in good faith. Unfortunately, those assurances were not followed through. The updates did not occur, the delivery did not happen, and communication again tapered off. Now, two years after placing the order, the situation remains unresolved, with no clear delivery date. This post serves as a public appeal to Rock-Ola Jukebox to be made whole—either through delivery of the promised jukebox or a full refund of all amounts paid. I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision, particularly when timelines and communication matter.

I had been wanting a jukebox for awhile. Like anything the dread of getting started with the ordering process- but this company made the process so easy! I admit I have OCD and ADD but Alexander and Cheron were so friendly and professional each time I called. They never seemed bothered with all of my questions. The delivery was easy and after receiving set up was easy but I had one question. It was a Sunday but when I called Alexander, to my surprise he answered on a Sunday morning. He talked me through and we are loving our jukebox. It’s beautiful.

You know, I read through these reviews and very few of them are "3-Star" reviews. Half of the custumers appear very dissatisfied and the other half are ecstatic. I am unfortunately of the former group. My story seems very similar. Promises are made then broken. Promises are remade, then rebroken. I bought my jukebox in August (2025) paying the full amount. It was promised by Thanksgiving (2025). Thanksgiving comes and goes. Then a promise for it being shipped in January (2026). January comes, January goes. February is here... All of this time I'm making calls to the company, leaving messages, sending Emails - not every day, but there has been about a dozen attempts. Now, I'm reading here that some people have been waiting one, one and a 1/2, 2+ years. Cheron said that I'd get my jukebox in January "FOR SURE." Some people here have heard from the CEO. I have not. OKAY! I really don't want to wait 12, 18, 24 months. What is the problem? Why are some people here getting their jukeboxes quicker than others? Is it a parts thing? A labor shortage? Santa's elves aren't coming to your part of California regularly? I would like to live to see the day that a get my wonderful, beautiful Rock-Ola jukebox that others have received. I'm a bit envious, honestly! I read these great reviews and I'm thinking "Hey! What about me?" Okay, Rock-Ola people. You have my email and my phone number. Please contact me. I received my Rock-Ola White Bubbler Vinyl 45 Jukebox this weekend and could not be more pleased with the finished product! It is absolutely beautiful and everything I dreamed it would be. The owner personally delivered and installed the unit and troubleshooted a few things and showed us how to use it. The only thing that was disappointing is it took a year and 4 months to get delivery and I had to call to get updates frequently. The owners and employees are very nice though and a pleasure to work with. If they had been up front about the timeframe my expectations would have been set. It was absolutely worth the wait and I know if I have any trouble with it they will be available to help. I hope this little company thrives because their jukeboxes are really great!

Our new Rock-Ola Jukebox exceeded our expectations. To see a picture of it online doesn't due it justice. Once it arrived,and I could see it and actually touch it, only then was I able to truly appreciate the craftsmanship that goes into a Rock-Ola Jukebox. When I plugged it in and all the lights went on, it was like a part of Anerican history came to life. It's so brilliantly lit! Absolutely amazing! The detail in the chrome accents. The real wood. The finish is so smooth. The bubbles!!! It's a work of art! I was in constant contact with staff as well as the owner through the whole process of it being built. There is a waiting period for these jukeboxes. So if you need one in 2 weeks, it's not gonna happen. They are all custom built and hand made. Each one unique based on the customers preference. But in the end we'll worth the wait! I might add we paid extra for the labeling of our music and it's so very professionally done. I highly recommend it. If you looking for a piece of Americana , look no further than Rock-Ola Jukeboxes!!!

I just want to thank the company. And the owner forgetting me, one of the very first newest release jutebox speakers out to me, I can't tell you how much the customer service means. And having a product made in the United States right in California, you have to give them a try. You will not be sorry. We have their jutebox, the digital as well as now. The new speaker we will be buying another jutebox. Soon, a wonderful products and great customer service

I first ordered the ROCK-OLA AUTHENTIC BUBBLER VINYL 45 DELUXE. I was first concerned about the lead time it took but after receiving the unit, I am so impressed that I just now ordered The ROCK-OLA BUBBLER CD JUKEBOX CRYSTAL EDITION. Alexander has been very attentive before, during and after the sale. I highly recommend these Jukeboxes. I have two fully restored Seeburg, but I much prefer these new Rock-Ola units.

I ordered the 45 Crystal edition jukebox from Rock-ola. I received it about 8 weeks ago. My first impression after unboxing it was a thing of absolute beauty! But, it gets better. After watching the start up video on YouTube which is simple to follow, the jukebox performance did not disappoint! The sound is beautiful as well!! I do request this from future buyers. Look at all the pictures Rick-ola shares on their website of the model you so choose to buy. From the cabinet to all the electrical components there are numerous parts in the assembly. It does take some time to build since Rockola is a small business. So, be patient. When you do receive it you will love it! My wife and I really enjoyed using Bluetooth during the Christmas holiday listening to all our favorites. Also, Cheron and Alexander (owner) will guide you through the purchasing process and answer any questions you might have along the way. Thank you to all the employees at Rock-ola for keeping an American classic alive!

This jukebox is beyond words- to say the least. Simply amazing. We have never dealt with such a wonderful company. From the first day we called Rock-Ola and spoke with Cheron, we were kept in the loop of each stage of the process. Alexander, the CEO of the company called me frequently. Special thanks to Alexander, Cheron, and the entire staff at Rock-Ola. We are forever grateful for all you have done. Also - as a side note, the Bluetooth is incredible !!!

The two gentleman l spoke with were very friendly and helpful and solved multiple issues l have had in the past and present with my 2004 jukebox there workings on my amplifier as we speak

Not only is the jukebox beautiful, but functions and sounds great. Their customer service is responsive and top notch. I can't recommend rock-ola more. I was originally in the market for a vintage jukebox, but Im so glad i went this route as they maintain the vintage look and feel, but with modern components. Great company!
