Kone Pro Air scroll wheel is trash.
My Kone Pro Air scroll wheel developed that common problem where it scrolls the wrong way frequently. After jumping through many hoops, I was able to secure a replacement from Roccat. Now, just months later, my replacement has the same problem. These are trash mice and Roccat knows it, but they keep selling them anyway.

My headset stopped working - Good Support
My headset stopped working. The support has responded quickly to my request. It turned out that the transmitter was broken. I received a new one immediately. Now the headset works perfectly again.

Great customer service
I have contacted customer support 3 times. Once to ask a question, that was answered quickly. I had two hardware failures, one mouse and one keyboard, both were RMAed quickly and without issue. All three instances were positive and smooth.

Great warranty experience.
I had my mouse for a year when it started having problems with the wheel not scrolling correctly and contacted support. After a quick back and forth with to rule out software issues they put me in for a RMA. Some simple instructions and a few days later and I had a brand new (not refurbished!) replacement. Excellent support and service.

Scroll wheel has major issues that should have sorted.
Used this mouse for 9 months now. When it works it is great. It is unfortunate that it does not work for long. The scroll wheel has a major design fault. I had the first mouse replaced because of this. While waiting for this to be sorted I bought a second mouse. Now I have two Roccat mice in still in warranty that do not work. The scroll wheel records both up and down movements at the same time. I will not even be asking for a replacement, even though I bought less than a month ago.
When I looked to see how to fix this. I found, that this is a well-advertised issue that is recognised across many forums.

First response received within less than 20 minutes, entire topic solved (will receive a replacement) within few hours - super quick, super friendly and super solution oriented - this is what I call great customer service!
