I bought a used Kone AIMO remastered with broken glidepads. I wrote the support and they sent me two new sets right away with no cost for me(no questions asked). I also had software problems with my Horde AIMO and they replied within 2 days at both problems. A great support.

I had a pair of headphones that broke at the stress point on both sides. With the 2 year warranty Roccat replaced them. They were very punctual and enjoyable to work with through the process. I wish all companies had the commitment and efficiency of Roccat with their customer service. The world would be a better place. The new set will have the same issue (It is a design flaw) but we have added wire ties at the stress point to help the plastic stay whole. Thanks for your help Roccat, you did not disappoint.

I had an issue with one key on my Vulcan TKL Pro, it failed to respond when pressed, I contacted the Roccat service department, explained the problem and they sent me 5 replacement Titan optical mechanical switches within a week of first contact.

I had purchased a roccat Vulcan 12 1 and after a few months the key caps had started flaking. I emailed roccat support..and they sent out a whole new keyboard.

Excellent customer service and very happy with the replaced mouse. Handled my request in a very timely manner and stand behind their products.

My mouse left click started to fail so I contacted support for assistance. After following a simple testing process they verified the mouse was failing. Then all I had to do was follow some final instructions and they shipped a new mouse out. Simple process and no hassle involved. From submitting request to replacement shipped was just 7 days.

Bought a wireless headset in march, nice hardware quality, stress-free installation on windows and great sound. Lost the transmitter in June while relocating. Tried to find it as spare part inside shop - not available, so i called the support to ask about possibilities… got a new transmitter for free just a few days later per postage. Grundsätzlich für Jeden für den Preis ein schönes Headset, Sound sehr toll, Qualität überzeugt mich in der Preisklasse auch, fühlt sich schon wertiger an als so manch andere die teilweise mehr kosten.

Jetzt kommen wir aber mal zum Problem.
Es ist sehr schwierig es einfach so benutzten zu können.
Jedes mal wenn ich mein Computer starte muss ich den USB Dongle raus ziehen und wieder reinstecken.

Wenn ich das nicht mache, kommt die Roccat Software und sagt ich muss ein Update herunterladen (welches ich schon 20mal heruntergeladen habe, bis ich herausgefunden habe das ich nur den dongle ziehen muss).

Zweitens es braucht gefühlt 100 Jahre bis es endlich mal an ist und verbunden ist.

Drittens OBWOHL Ich Roccat auf Autostart habe, also das Programm wird beim Windows Boot automatisch gestartet. Wird die Software nicht richtig gestartet. UND JEDES mal muss ich es manuell starten weil sonst die (tollen RGBs) die Batterie zum Mond ziehen.

Wirless, gut sound gut alles schön.

Aber die Software ist echt ein problem.

Also ich spreche hier für die Roccat elo Kopfhörer. Ich habe sie bereits seit 1/2 Jahren, normalerweise hatte ich nie wirklich Probleme bis auf mit dem koppeln mit dem dongel und den Kopfhörer undzwar funktioniert dies manchmal garnicht weil der dongel einfach nicht erkannt wird (es liegt nicht an meinem PC, weil alles erkannt wird). Ausserdem finde die die audio der Kopfhörer für den Preis eher ok. Ansonsten echt gute Kopfhörer!

Noch nie so einen minderwärtigen Müll gesehen meine Kopfhörer sind mitten im Spiel einfach kaputt gegangen und bei meiner Maus ( die ich seit 3 Monaten habe) ist das scrollwheel total im eimer.
Bitte verschwendet euer geld nicht mit solchem müll!!

Ansich ein gutes Teil, aber echt nervig wenn es fast jeden Tag ein Update hat. Und zwar dann wenn du am zoggen bist und auf einmal gar nix mehr geht bis das Update geladen ist. Auf weitere Probleme mit meiner Roccat Hardware will ich jetzt weiter gar nicht eingehen. Sind wohl aber sehr ähnlich derer anderer Hersteller. Guten Tag.

Bought Roccat Elo Air 7.1 headset. Connection is lost at least once a week. To get it working again you have to remove dongle, restart and recite prayers and what not, and usually it would start working again. After 6 months it is completely dead. lights up fine, but no sound..Roccat Swarm tells me to update firmware to 1.2.3..i do so, it tells me to update to 1.2.3...keeps telling me the same update is available but installing it changes nothing. This is a cheap china product disguised behind a medium price...stay far away from this amateur company, they havent got a clue as to what they are doing.

Also. Ich finde die produkte sehen cool aus und so, aber die Qulität ist nicht gerade gut, von der tastatur namens Roccat Vulcan 121Aimo also ich weiß ja nicht was ihr da gemacht habt aber anfangs war sie noch voll gut aber ihrgendwann gehen die A W S D Tasten nicht mehr, aber die Roccat Kone Aimo Remasterd hat eine Top Qualität und macht auch das was sie soll deswegen nur 4 sterne trotzdem top leistung.

Ohne viel fragen wurde mir ein Ersatzteil gesendet.
