So, unfortunately it´s not a standard USB cable, but it looks like that.
Because of the lack of having a spare part available in the internet or the official website, I decided to contact the support.
Got an answer quickly and a free spare cable in just a few days! Did´t expect that!

This one star is for product review. Roocat Synd Buds Air. What a total disappointment. I owned many Roocat mouses and still use them very happy with them as they are perfect fit for my hand. I've decide to get wirless ear buds from you. First pair i got stoped charging after one month of usage, got replacement but unfortunately they also stop working after 2 months, one of buds stop playing sound. No matter what i've tried to fix they don't work. The 20 hrs play time is a marketing grab in real time its only 5 hrs and if you dont use bass boost. The finish quality for £89.99 is poor, they at least could be painted with gloss black. Looking to get wireless headset but we will see.

Roccat hat schlechten Kundenservice
Roccat dachte ich wollte ein defekten Headset an sie schicken damit ich ein neues bekomme, ich habe in der E-Mail ganz klar gesagt das ich es zurückgeben wollte weil es mir nicht gefällt.
Und dann noch in dem Retourenschein den ich bekommen habe stand das ich 50€ zahlen musste wegen Zoll.
Deshalb habe ich mein Headset auf eBay verkauft weil es sich mehr lohnte anstatt das alles zu machen.

Hallo, in der Tat stellen wir Rücksendescheine zur Verfügung, bei diesen sind auch Zollpapiere angehängt, weil das Gerät in unseren Warenhaus in die Niederlande verschickt werden muss. Diese Zollpapiere deklarieren lediglich den Wert der Ware für den Zoll, extra Kosten entstehen hier jedoch für den Kunden nicht.

I have been using my Roccat for over a year, and now all other keyboards just feel sub-par. There was a cosmetic defect in 2 of the keys and Roccat went above and beyond making it right for me.

The product is good-looking and the functions are great although the price is a little bit high.
The keyboard I board has key cap peeling issues but the customer service is nice and quick.

J'ai acheté un AMO 100, le problème c'est que Roccat se foutent de la gueule de ces clients, 2 mois après la fin de la garantie je constate que plusieurs touche ne fonctionne plus simultanément (alors que j'en ai pris soin) j'ai contacté Roccat, il m'ont dit qu'il s'excusait de me vendre un produit avec un défaut (hors je ne suis pas le seul à avoir eu le même soucis) et me propose uniquement un bon de -15% pour la prochaine commande comme si j'avais envie d'aller racheter une autre M E R D E chez eux, Roccat plus jamais

The scroll wheel would skip when going…
The scroll wheel would skip when going up and down. Roccat had no problem replacing my mouse after trying the steps provided first. They had me take a photo of mouse, cable, and cut cable the take another picture. Sent me a replacement and it's been awesome.
