Great RMA process
Great RMA process, the fact that I didn't have to send back my defective unit was a big plus.
Very helpful but delayed
Once I finally got a response to my inquiry the process was smooth and swift. Roccat personnel were very helpful and nice.
I had to submit two inquiries to Roccat support about 4 weeks apart. After submitting the second inquiry I received a response within a couple of days. I do not know if that was in responce to my first inquiry or the second. Perhaps there was an issue with the first inquiry and it was never received.
Durability issues with Vulcan 120 keyboard & KONE mouse
Brought 2 products for my Son. A Vulcan 120 Aimo Keyboard and KONE mouse (£200). Both items faulty within a year. Though both products were great and worth 5*, unfortunately the durability is severely lacking and given the price, that’s very very disappointing. Although I contacted Roccat directly first, they advised me that for any hardware issues I would need to contact the retailer directly and that even though Roccat provided a 2 year warranty, this may not apply in different countries (UK) so unfortunately, no help whatsoever.

Great customer service quick to replace my keyboard when I was having issues!
I purchased a Vulcan 121 and lost pieces.
I purchased a Vulcan 121 close to a year ago. Emailed the company because I had lost my wrist rest, and was inquiring on how to purchase a replacement. They just sent me one out for free. Plus I have a mouse, and headset from Roccat, and love them all.
They honored their lifetime guarantee…
They honored their lifetime guarantee and replaced my broken mouse with a brand new one. They did this in a very timely fashion.

Firstly the products are great that's a given.
But where Roccat excel beyond other competing companies is with customer service and looking after you, going above and beyond what I would expect from any tech company.

Customer service = very good
Mouse did not work correctly out of the box. Dongle did not work but mouse did work wired. Seems the software is either a bit buggy or very poor documentation. Kudos to customer service for sending new dongle.

J'ai eu un soucis de câble usbC 6 mois après l'achat de ma souris. Le service client m'en a renvoyé un en quelque jour. Je n'ai jamais vu un service client aussi qualitatif. Bravo ! La souris que j'ai acheté est top je ne pourrais plus m'en passer.

What a disappointment Elo Never again stay away!!!
What a disappointment purchased Elo headphones around 6 months a go. 1 side has broken off retailer I purchased from has shut down. I reached out to Roccat regarding my issue just to he told and I quote
" We do not offer a manufacturer's warranty in Europe and the UK. All claims have to be handled by the retailer.
There is nothing we can do in this case.

So I'm stuck with expenses headset I can't use nor can get replacement. I initially also purchased mouse and keyboard as I loved quolity of the product and how well it fits.
Never again will I purchase any Roccat product not to mention tell my subscribers to stay away from it as when it brakes they will not be covered and end up being stuck with broken product.
Very disappointed in this and they do not provide any support. Even tho they have office in UK and Europe.
Not happy at all!!!

I appreciate the support team for responding quickly to my inquiry about my mouse and its warranty. After I supplied the requested information, I even received email updates on next steps and when to expect my replacement to be shipped out. I was provided a tracking number when the product shipped and my mouse showed up as expected. I am impressed with the detailed and prompt communication.
