Why care about a title for a review.

Got a keyboard from Roccat a few years ago, got some issues with the paint on it and they have immediately taken actions in order to solve my issue!
Would definitely recommend.

Ich habe mir seit langem eine mechanische Tastatur gewünscht und so habe ich mir nach ca. 15 Jahren Logitech Tastatur aus der Jugend (ja, sie Funktioniert immer noch) mir eine Vulcan Aimo schenken lassen. Nun ist die Shift Taste seit geraumer Zeit sporadisch anscheinend kaputt. Dies lässt sich nicht Mal eben feststellen, da sporadisch. Im Home Office fiel meiner Frau nun beim vermehrten groß und klein Schreiben auf, dass die Taste definitiv Aussetzer hat. Daraufhin habe ich mich im Januar bei Roccat gemeldet. Das heißt das Problem ist in der Garantiezeit entstanden, aber dadurch, dass der Fehler sporadisch ist, Lies sich das natürlich nicht sofort bestimmen. Oftmals geht man selber davon aus, dass man einfach zu schnell die Taste loslies (vor allem beim Gaming) dies sollte Roccat aber nichts neues sein... Warum dieses Unternehmen in solch einen Fall also SO mit einem Kunden umgeht, der nachweislich mehrere Roccat Produkte für hunderte Euro gekauft hat, das kann ich nicht verstehen. Es heißt nur "Garantiezeit ist abgelaufen, das ist ihr Problem". Nun wenn einer meine ausführliche Mail mit Anstand gelesen hätte, dann DARF solch eine Antwort nicht kommen. Dies war das letzte Mal, dass ich in dieses Unternehmen einen Cent investiert habe.

Great responsiveness to my issue. Replacement of a second deficiency product just awesome. I have used Roccats since the beginning and honestly gone through quite a few Roccats product.the mice wheels and buttons fail headphone wires break keyboards are solid though. I keep buying them because I love the product so having replacements provided when the fail is a big deal thank you.

One of the products was not available in my region, I wrote to the support and they replied really fast (within 3 minutes) and helped me. Within a week I had the stuff. Thank you.

I had a very good experience with the customer service after I ordered the wrong keyboard layout. My wife absolutely loves the look and feel of the keyboard and mouse as it matches her new custom built PC (white shadow). The only issue we are having now is that the mouse keeps right clicking on its own which is super annoying and we will be returning.

Ordered 2 good products for quite a great price and one of them didnt work cause of a phisical problem so i got sent a new one in just about a week and the customer service was also amazing. All and all worthy of 5 stars.
