Meine Roccat Vulcan 80 fällt nach 3 Jahren langsam auseinander..
Die anti-rutsch Fläche unter der Vorderkante hat sich abgelöst und ich muss aufpassen dass sie nicht verloren geht. Der Kleber klebt auch alles voll wenn sie abfällt. Das Problem ist schon ein Jahr alt. Seit etwa einem Monat funktionieren einige Tasten nur noch wenn man aus einem bestimmten Winkel drückt. Mit voran der linken Shifttaste, die funktioniert auch schon ein Jahr nicht richtig. Die Leertaste hat sich von alleine nur durch Benutzung öfters abgehoben weil sie nur an drei Punkten befestigt ist was im Spiel ziemlich stört. Bei meiner Roccat Tastatur davor ging die Shifttaste übrigens auch zuerst kaputt. Macht mal was dran.

Update:
Es ist sogar noch schlimmer als gedacht. Mir wird hier zwar der Support angeraten, das Supportformular funktioniert aber gar nicht, wovon ich auch einen Screenshot an Roccat per Instagram geschickt habe, und da hat sich seit zwei Wochen noch niemand gemeldet.

Grottenschlecht also. Zwei Sterne fürs Produktdesign

Had to contact Roccats customer support to replace a faulty scroll wheel on a mouse I bought from their online store.

The customer support was quick and easy, with no hassle and a very quick troubleshooting and I got to talk with an actual person from the very beginning.

Instead of having me jump through a lot of hoops, they quickly acknowledged my attempts at fixing the issue an sent a new mouse to me.

It was a breath of fresh air compared to other companies exceptionally bad support.

Roccat customer service, superb! Fast and helpful.

They were quick to respond to my support ticket for my mouse with some troubleshooting steps. When that didn't work, they sent out a replacement product right away. Great customer service.

Ich hab schon seid langem keine sowas von abgefuckte firma mit erlebt , die Mäuse verkauft mit einer MÜLL software , die nicht mal in der lage ist ein verficktes MODUL runter zu laden !!

PURER SCAM !!! Ich hab jetzt eine scheizz maus zuhause die ich nicht mal gescheit einstellen kann weil diese drecks software von dennen sowas von verbuggt ist , das sie ums verrecken einfach kein modul raus rücken will , weil dieser scheizz autoupdater button , Link , wie auch immer , nicht funktionieren will ....

anscheinend muss ich sämtliche sicherheits lücken die ich per terminal geschlossen habe , extra für eine behinderte maus wieder auf machen , nur damit ich dieses HXXXX modul bekomme , damit der kauf der maus auch wenigstens sinn ergibt ....

und so eine drecks firma darf ihre scam produkte auch noch in regulären geschäften verkaufen , obwohl diese swarm software purer MÜLL ist der nicht funktionieren will !!!!!

da kannste auch machen was du willst .... maus serial regisrteiren ,,,check" .... swarm soware downloaden ,,Check" .... modul runter laden wollen ,,Unmöglich"

selbst auf der seite selbst wird unter downloads und dem produkt und dessen download , nur die swarm software runter geladen , die wiederum das verfickte modul nicht beinhaltet das es haben sollte ......

also hat man dann keine maus gekauft die funktioniert und einstellbar ist , sondern im warsten sinne sonder müll der nur zu 50% funktioniert , weil die knöpfe wirrkürliche befehle hat ..... besonders die kone aimo remastered ... auf dem "easy switch" sind dann so dinge gebunden wie ,,lautstärke" helligkeit und noch so unötige späße die keiner braucht ....

absolut unseriöser dreck ..... egal wie gut der laser sein soll

Perfect to help when i have got a problem with my keyboard !

I contacted support due to my keyboard being faulty after only having it for a short period of time. I worked with Jack (Technical Support Specialist II) and he was nothing short of phenomenal. He was on top of everything, and I was able to RMA my keyboard. Within less than 24 hours of sending the pictures, he already had the replacement keyboard shipped. The replacement was delivered in less than 4 days. There seldom are places that have customer service reps like Jack. Roccat has always been 10/10 whether it be from the customer service to their products.

I'm using Roccat peripherials every day. And I love them.
The Kone XP and the Vulcan 122 looks and feels fantastic.
They are nice, comfortable and durable products. The support is on quick and very good.

The response I got from support was prompt and helpful. Defective unit was replaced and new one arrived in just a couple of days.

I needed a micro-usb cable for a mouse that is no longer on sale and they sent me a new one free of charge.

Very easy process and fast. I did wonder what their process would be like for somebody with a usable but defective mouse and no spare to use while waiting for the replacement to come (they have you destroy your defective product before they’ll ship your replacement) . Luckily the replacement arrived within the week

The most expensive headset I've bought, but also the worst. Fortunately, thanks to the warranty, this is the fourth headset I've received because I have to contact support every 4 to 6 months for, and you better laugh at this, four different major issues. The software shows a battery pop-up at 10%, but the headset shuts down in less than 10 seconds. The keyboard types double letters, of course, shortly after the warranty expires. The only things I have no complaints about are the mouse and the mousepad! Obviously, I do not recommend it, and I won't be choosing ROCCAT for my next setup. On the other hand, the customer support is responsive and efficient.
