The website was easy to navigate
The website was easy to navigate, products arrived earlier than expected, haven’t installed them yet but they look to be of a high quality. The only downside was the delivery company, packaged poorly on a pallet. The whole package had slipped over and the panels were were lying at an angle ontop of the other items and the driver had to ask for my help to get them off of the truck and remove them one by one. He kept throwing them down, like they were not fragile.

Failure to deliver lost packages
Failure to deliver missing packages and poor support.
Two solar panels arrived only after weeks of delay because the delivery company held up the dispatch of an incomplete order.
That is still a failure of the supplier company.
I am only interested in generating electricity not the hot air of excuses.
Now I am testing the product I can say it works. The output is good. To get to this point was painful and took up a lot of my valuable time.

Although we shipped the entire order together, the shipping company separated the packages due to the size of the products. The solar panels, which are 180 cm tall and weigh more than 20 kg each, were delivered in a large truck, while the box containing the rest of the kit was scheduled to be delivered in a smaller vehicle.
We have been in constant communication with you, exchanging several messages each day, and we have also been in contact with the shipping company to ensure you receive the rest of your order as soon as possible.
As we have already explained, we cannot issue a partial refund for a component that is part of a kit, as our products are sold as complete kits.
It is also not possible to purchase one type of mounting system and, after it has been shipped and is already in transit, request that it be replaced with a different one that was not purchased. Such a change can only be made by following the standard return process and placing a new order for the desired mounting system.

No tengo más que buenas palabras. Compré un kit City 800, envío rápido, embalado perfectamente.. pero no lo pude usar, fue por mi culpa que no había medido bien. Lo llevé a sus instalaciones y efectuaron la devolución sin problemas. Estoy estudiando otros kits que pueda poner.

Llegó mucho antes de lo esperado, pero me sorprendió la gran calidad de los materiales, para el precio que tiene. Aún no lo he puesto en marcha, ya que voy a montar una estructura digna de lo recibido.

Compre un pack autoinstalable y la experiencia ha sido muy buena, una de las placas vino rota por el trasporte, me contestaron en menos de 24h y dos días después recibí una nueva placa pudiendo realizar la instalación.
