First time purchase direct from Rinkit. Ordered 6 sets of drinking glasses super quick delivery. Items well packaged all items were perfectly intact. Will definitely purchase items from them again.

Absolute scam. I returned items of 90 plus pounds worth out of a total order of 140 pounds. I used the procedure they asked with EVRI as their designated courier which I paid on top. EVRI collected on July. Rinkit has not updated their systems until now (September) of the return and now Klarna (which I had used for the purchase) is asking me to pay for the amount for items I actually do not have. No response from Rinkit if course nir EVRI and Klarna does not accept as proof of return EVRI s email and screenshot of the collection! Avoid the company!

My order was damaged on arrival. I emailed and received a prompt and courteous reply. The item was replaced, delivered and arrived safely within 24 hours. Excellent resolution

I made my first purchase from Rinkit recently. I was very happy with the price and quality of wine glasses I ordered from them... very competitive. However, one glass arrived chipped. Customer services were amazing. A very speedy response and new glass in the post straight away . I wish more companies had such good customer service. Thank you Rinkit. I shall be ordering from you again!

Ordered two oil bottles from Rinkit via Amazon. Arrived quickly but one was missing a section of the pouring spout. I emailed to advise them and asked if they could send a replacement pourer as the bottle was fine. A very quick response and no quibble replacement. A new bottle and pourer arrived the next day. Excellent after sales service, would be better if the product arrived while in the first place though.

I ordered some glass jars and one was broken and they immediately offered to send a replacement.

Where do I start? I ordered two 180 x 90 raised beds via Amazon under the name Harbour Housewares. Parcel arrived fairly quickly but only one of them. After several messages they had the afront to say they'd send another as a gesture of goodwill!! I ask you. I'd already paid for it. Eventually I tied them down to a delivery date and yes, it arrived next day. A previously opened and retaped box. Inside the polystyrene was the whole inside of a Stanley knife...yes, the whole blade with a bit of sellotape at one end. Like a previous one star comment they are obviously sending out returns instead of new goods. This rectangular bed, when constructed, went from 180 x 95 to 180 x 96.5 to 180 x 92. Not sure what their idea of a rectangle is but I'm pretty sure they don't have 6 sides like this did. Their response? Well, it's functional. Their customer service is appalling and they do seem well trained in being obstructive and unhelpful. As for the blade? Not even so much as a sorry. Got to be my worst ever transaction this year. Remind me to not buy anything that's not fulfilled by Amazon Prime.

I made my first purchase off Rinkit. Crockery arrived in 2 boxes. 1 box had obviously been bashed around so some items were damaged inside. I emailed Rinkit who dealt with the problem in a prompt and satisfactory way, I can’t fault the customer service or products.

I am the owner of AA Cocktail Events, a small, independent mobile cocktail bar business, based in Winterbourne Down, Bristol.
I order from Rinkit frequently, different types of cocktail glassware, to meet the needs of the business.
On my last order, I contacted their customer service, due to a couple of glasses which arrived smashed. The company's customer service team were very responsive and efficient in arranging a replacement free of charge, which arrived the next day. I am a very happy customer, and I highly recommend this company.

I bought 6 champagne coupes, unfortunately 1 had cracked during transit. Emailed Rinkit and Evangeline responded very quickly to apologise and confirm she would send me a replacement. Replacement duly arrived in one piece today. I can’t fault Rinkit for their customer service and quality of their products for the price you pay. Would definitely use them again.

Ordered some jars, unfortunately two broke in transit, customer service was great at getting resolution and getting new ones out, will be using again

First-class service - exactly what I needed, securely packed so no chance of breakage, and delivered promptly. I would have no hesitation in using Rinkit again.

Part of my order arrived damaged, however the customer service team quickly organised a replacement.

My items arrived quickly, however I noticed that one item was damaged. I replied to my order email to ask them what I should do about the damage and received a response in less than 10 minutes to say that they were sending a replacement item. I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service of this company and I'll be purchasing from them again in the future!

Fast delivery and easy transaction

I ordered 2 boxes of glasses from Rinkit via The Range, initially the order did take longer than expected to arrive, when the order did arrive one of the stems of the champagne glasses were broken. I contacted the range who contacted Rinkit, they responded very swiftly and have sent out a new box of glasses for me straight away. Couldn’t have asked for a better response and speed of response

I have just received my order and a couple of glasses had chips on the rim. So I emailed customer service with pictures. Ben on the customer service team responded and said they would send some more out to replace them and no need to send them back. I only ordered them on Sunday and delivered Monday. Then sorting out the problem The same day. Excellent service.
