Awful experience
Awful experience. Bought a 24v electric John Deere truck for my son and after 7 months it stopped working. After many weeks of tedious back and forth I was told it needed a new battery which didn’t come under the standard warranty as I should have also purchased additional ‘battery warranty’. After purchasing a new battery for £70 the vehicle still does not work and they believe it to be the ignition barrel, however this also does not come under warranty as the warranty is only valid for 6 months, when I asked to be sent information on the appropriate ignition barrel to purchase I was told they could not send this information and that I would need to pay a £15 invoice and they would send the part - I don’t know anyone who pays for an item they have not been able to view first! This all being said after spending all of this money I am not even sure if this is going to fix the vehicle. I spent over £350 on an item that didn’t even last 7 months. Customer service has been very difficult as you cannot physically speak to anyone and have to wait for a bot to respond on their live chat and emails take days for a response. I would not recommend buying from this company at all.

My nieces kids have a 24v suv that is about 6 years old, I have been this as the controller relay had blow and I'm happy too say it is not fix and the car is like brand new.
For a car that kids have been playing with for 6 years I think it's done pretty good and after sales service at RiiRoo has been second to none.

I bought the 12v V66 electric dragster…
I bought the 12v V66 electric dragster for my granddaughters 5th Birthday today. She absolutely loves it. The bike is superb, absolutely robust and the little console is just brilliant, sound quality is amazing. I also bought the RiiRoo key shaped USB stick so Aria can listen to her favourite songs. We have had electric vehicles before for our grandson when he was younger, but this one is buy far the best electric vehicles we have ever bought. RiiRoo is just amazing and I can highly recommend this company. I wouldn't even hesitate to buy again from this company. The delivery was super quick too. Thank you so much RiiRoo

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Avoid at all costs.
Worst customer service ever.
I purchased a motorbike, helmet, goggles, number plate, and other items for my son’s birthday, and I am still waiting for missing items to arrive. Despite being reassured every week that the items have been sent out, nothing has arrived.
Every email response is the same generic message, which is incredibly frustrating.
I even offered to return all of the items for a full refund, but this was declined as well.
At this point, I will be contacting my bank to try and recover the money.

We are very sorry to read this review and are disappointed to hear you feel this way.
We would, however, like to clarify a few points for transparency. A full replacement tractor was supplied and delivered to you fully assembled in October, and no faults or issues were reported to us for approximately 6 months after delivery.
When you later contacted us advising the product was no longer powering on, our team responded with troubleshooting advice and explained the most likely causes based on the symptoms described. We advised this could either be related to the on/off switch or the battery itself. As part of this, we offered to supply a replacement on/off switch free of charge should this prove to be the fault.
We also explained that, as these products use lead-acid batteries, regular charging is required and batteries can deteriorate if left uncharged for extended periods of time. In the event the battery was the issue, we offered a discounted replacement battery as a gesture of goodwill to help get the vehicle running again as quickly as possible.
We completely understand how disappointing issues with a child’s gift can be, and we genuinely did try to assist in a fair and reasonable manner. We also note that following our last email offering support and solutions, we did not receive any further response from you.

The product was honestly no different from many cheaper eBay or Amazon products — the advertising and descriptions simply make it sound much better than it really is.
At first I wanted to return the item, but the process was taking so long it looked like it would take months. In the end I accepted a refund instead, and even that took over 2 month to fully resolve.
Because of the delays, my child was left without a car for almost two months.
Very frustrating experience and not a company I would use again.

We are sorry to read this review and are disappointed that you feel unhappy with the experience provided.
To clarify the situation, your order was dispatched promptly from a newly arrived batch of Lamborghini Sian vehicles. Unfortunately, the manufacturer had changed the specification from 4WD to 2WD without notifying us beforehand, meaning this was not something identified prior to dispatch.
As soon as you brought this to our attention on 3rd May, our customer service team investigated the issue and by 5th May we had already offered multiple resolutions, including:
A full return and refund
A partial refund to keep the item
An exchange for an alternative model
Following further discussions, you confirmed on 15th May that you wished to keep the vehicle with a partial refund instead. A 20% partial refund was then processed the very same day as agreed.
We completely understand the frustration caused by the manufacturer specification change and appreciate this was disappointing. However, we do feel it is important to clarify that refund and resolution options were offered within 2 days of the issue being reported, and not months later as suggested in the review.

Fast delivery. Well packaged to avoid damage during transit. Build quality of the G63 is exceptional.
The only thing I was disappointed with was the stickers for the personalised number plates...if you spend all that money on the car and then stickers made it look a little cheap. Despite that,I would by again. I just hope my nephew loves it

Just bought the *RiiRoo C63* for my boy and couldn’t be happier. The car is incredible. It looks just like the real AMG C63 with working LEDs, leather seat, engine sounds, and solid battery life.
What really impressed me was *RiiRoo’s customer service*. They answered every question before I ordered and even assembled on site at very short notice
*Perks were amazing too*
They included a custom license plate with his name and a ghana flag.

At this point I will pay people not to use this company!! This company have now had the audacity after everything to THREATEN ME with COURT ACTION for quite simply sharing my part of my journey with this terrible company on trust pilot. I am sure we live in a free world where we are able to share what we wish and especially on a website such as trust pilot which is here for consumers to share THEIR VIEWS!!! They are saying my information if factually incorrect… we yeah factually incorrect according to the company because we haven’t been in agreement for the last 6months hence now going to a small claims court. I will continue to share about this company until we have managed to reach an agreement that is fair and not ruled by them
I don’t know how to reply to their comments but they have already offered to return the tractor in good working condition… I can send anyone a video of what this looks like if they wish. The tractor will go forward but not into reverse. This is the same issue we had in January 2026. This company doesn’t even know what good working condition looks like because they didn’t even sent the tractor in too good working condition to start. They keep banging on about water ingress, there’s no wonder the tractor wouldn’t turn on for a month so we had no way of moving . They also keep saying the vehicles aren’t built for slight rain or damp so don’t bother buying if your children will be playing outside on the tractor

We are disappointed to see continued misleading statements being made publicly regarding this matter, particularly after extensive communication and goodwill assistance already offered throughout the process.
For clarity and transparency to readers:
The original issue reported was a pedal switch concern.
Upon return and inspection, the tractor was found with significant signs of water ingress, corrosion,rusting to electrical components, and physical damage including broken parts.
These findings were fully documented by our workshop team with photographic evidence.
Water damage and environmental exposure are not manufacturing faults and are not covered under warranty terms.
Despite this, we still approved a full repair completely free of charge, including labour, replacement parts, and courier costs as a gesture of goodwill.
We have never prevented you from sharing your opinion. However, when repeated reviews contain statements we believe to be inaccurate or defamatory, we reserve the right to formally dispute those statements through the appropriate channels, as any business is entitled to do.
At no stage have we refused communication or assistance. In fact, the offer to fully repair and return the tractor in working condition remains available.
We appreciate that you are unhappy with the situation, but we must also ensure that the publicly available information reflects the documented facts of the case.

Battery run times can vary depending on a number of factors including rider weight, terrain, temperature, speed settings, and how the vehicle is stored and charged between uses.
A 24V model should normally provide longer run times than this, so we would recommend contacting our customer service team at hello@riiroo.com with your order details so the team can look into this further for you and provide troubleshooting support.

Absolutely terrible experience!! Due to a technical error, my door number wasn’t added, so I never received my order—but they still charged me a £12 courier fee. When I tried to resolve it, their customer service was argumentative and rude, refusing to take responsibility and hiding behind “policy” as if that excuses poor service. No goodwill gesture at all, no empathy even after I told them my son who is extremely upset, absolutely no compassion just robotic responses!! Completely inflexible, unprofessional, and frustrating. I would strongly advise avoiding this company if you value being treated fairly.

We’re sorry to see this feedback and appreciate the opportunity to provide some context for other customers reading.
In this case, the parcel was dispatched using the delivery address entered at checkout. Unfortunately, the order did not include a door number, which meant the courier was unable to complete delivery and the parcel was returned to us.
Because this is a large item, we incurred:
the original outbound delivery cost (£24),
the return-to-sender courier cost (£24),
totalling £48 in shipping charges due to the failed delivery. In order to send the parcel back out again, it would also cost a further £24 in courier charges.
Rather than asking the customer to cover all of these costs, we only asked for a 50% contribution toward one of the three £24 courier charges, which we felt was a very fair and reasonable resolution given the circumstances.
We always aim to be fair and reasonable in situations like this while balancing the genuine courier costs involved with oversized items, and we hope other customers reading this can make up their own mind as to whether our approach was fair.
