Outstanding service from these guys! Helped me through the ordering of a Ride on Defender for my Grandson - and when there was a bit of an issue with the delivery ( the delivery company - not Titan Toys ) - Kriss stepped in and got it sorted - and the car was delivered next day . So impressed with their customer service... oh - and the Car is Fab !

Wanted to leave a review as I bought one of their ride-ons for my Son for Christmas and did a fair bit of research prior to buying. There are a couple of businesses selling essentially the same cars and Titan Toys just edged it on price, but much more importantly, I called and spoke with a couple of the companies and Titan blew their competition out of the water in terms of customer service. This was then tested when I had a minor issue with a switch on the car. Richard at Titan couldn't have responded quicker or more efficiently to resolve the issue. He also called me to let me know what he'd sent out and give me some advice. My view of a company is mainly driven by the after sales experience, and if I was buying another ride-on, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Titan even if they were a little more expensive, as piece of mind is everything!

Thank goodness for these guys.

After making the mistake of buying a ride‑on car from Riiroo — which arrived damaged and overheated within 30 minutes of charging — I ended up speaking to the team at Titan Toys, and honestly, they were a breath of fresh air.

They couldn’t have been more helpful. They even offered to keep the store open late so I could pop in, and upgraded the postage so my daughter would have her replacement car in time. That alone was above and beyond, but it didn’t stop there.
When I got stuck building the car, they guided me through it step‑by‑step on live chat, with patience and genuine care.

I can’t rate them highly enough. Proper customer service, proper people, and a company I’ll absolutely be returning to when my daughter is ready for her next upgrade.

Ordered the 24v Pro Drifter ™ Adjustable Kids Electric Drifting Go Kart for Xmas.

Very impressed, long battery life and car looks brilliant. 5yo loves it.

I purchased a 1000TT ride on car for my boys birthday and they were excellent to deal with from the first phone call! They answered all my questions and were really patient. I explained what I needed and they recommended me the perfect birthday gift! They even sorted out express delivery so it arrived in time for his big day.
Once it arrived I couldn’t charge it because of my mistake. I called them and they talked me through the process of getting it going. Without any issues the car worked perfectly. I managed to blow the fuse on the dashboard lights and they without any hesitation sent me a new circuit board to fit on. They have been great and I highly recommend them.

I ordered a 2 in 1 grow with me wooden swing seat for my granddaughter. Arrived promptly. I was pleasantly surprised by the sturdiness of the timbers and quality of the components. The eau de nil finish on the brackets make it look very classy. Easy to assemble. High quality end result. Had its baptism this weekend and was a complete success entertaining one very happy little girl.

I don't usually leave reviews but after a recent disappointment with another company about my order that they haven't shipped (it's been a month) I had an urge to leave something positive out there. The BMW 4 is great and our daughter loves it to bits! She was sceptical at first but she convinced herself eventually that it is fun! I've placed an order and it got shipped the next day. It was so quick and it's good to see companies still care about their costumers. The car arrived well packaged and it's such a good quality. Thank you guys so much! I'll definitely order from you in future :)

After a week, massive cracks all over, full length..contacted company and was told off, apparently normal with wood. don’t have confidence in safety of this their swing.

Excellent customer service. Replacement parts sent without hesitation for our 5 year old pro Drifter Go-Kart. One happy Drifter again.

I ordered a swing for my grandson online.i was concerned that it would not arrive in time for his birthday. I contacted Titan who assured me every effort would be made to get the delivery to me on time and thankfully the swing arrived on my grandson’s birthday. The swing is excellent - strong and sturdy and my grandson loves it !

I recently purchased a BMW M4 for my granddaughters birthday which she loves to bits.. The quality standard and build is very impressive.

I had a minor issue which Richie without any hesitation resolved my concerns immediately and professionally. I also received a free upgrade as a gift.

The aftersales service is excellent and they go the extra length to provide good customer experience.

I would highly recommend Titan toys to anyone wishing to make their children happy with a special gift.

I bought the Licensed 4 Wheel Drive Can-Am Mini Maverick UTV 24V last week, expecting an upgrade from our previous ride-on car. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a major disappointment.

Firstly, the product doesn’t match the images on the website – the parts and colors are different, and to make matters worse, the seat belt was completely missing from the package.

The biggest issue is the remote control. It’s cheap, poorly made, and loses connection with the car after just 12–15 meters, making it almost impossible to control remotely, which is a safety concern when supervising young kids.

What’s most frustrating is that the older car I bought from Smyths was £100 cheaper and performs much better. The remote from that model works over long distances and never disconnects. I paid more expecting a better product, but after only 2 days of use, it’s obvious this model is a downgrade, not an upgrade.

Definitely not worth the price and very disappointing for a supposedly premium ride-on. I would not recommend this to other parents.

Orded shipped and packaged and delivery at said time was great..i had an age thing pairing in the remote and Richard talked me through it.

Ordered a 24v Range Rover for a birthday present for my little girl. I called before ordering to ask about estimated delivery time frames as I had left it quite close to the special day before deciding to go ahead, and the lovely gentleman on the phone got the car out whilst he was on the phone to me, ready for dispatch in the afternoon. It arrived the next day, well packaged, all parts accounted for. Cannot recommend Titan Toys enough!

Messaged the company at 5.15am and Richie (owner) answered immediately . He explained he was an early bird and always started early. He imparted great knowledge and explained various 24v utv cars and their specifications .i was confident in his expertise and willingness to spend time with me . I'm now awaiting for the 4x4 24v can am maverick arriving Monday 7th April . My grandchildren can't wait . I will follow up a further review of the product but ,,,,,

I ordered an electric car, which arrived in perfect condition, carefully packed and delivered on a pallet. The quality of the car exceeded my expectations.
