Ordered mine 2nd week of April, likewise to a lot of others here, little to no news. Came here yesterday and pretty much lost all hope of it being legit, but turned up this morning.

I was one of the first to order this product from RigKing when this all kicked off back in March. All email requests for updates were ignored. 3 months on and a false tracking ID later I still don’t have the product. Fortunately I used PayPal who have issued the refund.

This is a prime example of a crook trying to take advantage of people during a global pandemic. The images on their website are just random google images, the tracking IDs are fake and the positive reviews in here are planted. Do your best to stay clear of ordering from RigKing and if you have ordered using PayPal be sure to get the refund request process started immediately as you are being scammed.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Ordered over 3 months ago now and still haven’t received my order, all I get is emails back saying it’s on its way, I have tried chasing them up several times and do not get a response or if I do it’s ,we will look in to this for you, dirty thieves out there taking peoples hard earned money! Would love to know who it was p**s taking c***s

They've taken my order and refuse to refund me. They're now ignoring all my emails

I have not had any answer either since April

Stay away this is a scam. I have tried to get answers and not been getting anything. I have reported to Apple Pay and Pay Pal. It looks like enough of us have been taken, We should report to the police. Got a charge back in action with the bank. We need to do all we can to take these thieves down.

Never use these I have been ripped off..
No goods have been sent and they will not refund my money.

Same as every other reviews below. Ordered the product 7 weeks ago. Heard nothing. Chasing with emails and they only responded with “we will look into this and get back to you”.

Now all email addresses to contact them have been deleted. Upset that I’ve been swindled but i’ll be far more vigilant in the future. Taught me a lesson.

Would give lower if I could.

Seen there add on Instagram, seemed good. Do not order from them, been 7 weeks now no sign of it, kept getting e mail that they will look into it and now their email link is disabled. Fumming that I got caught out

Waiting since April 24th emails bouncing back scam

DO NOT BUY from these lying thieving tossers. There replies are always the same. "The Item is on its way". You'll not be "disappointed".
You'll get nothing including your refund.
I eventually bought from a company called Ultimate Resistance Fitness who did everything right. I hate thieves

Ordered a 6 weeks ago and still nothing. Emailed 2 weeks ago and they replied they'd look into it - still have got no reply. Defo dodgy

Same as below no delivery, e mails electronic replies now for over a month.
They need black listing they are crooks do not use them.

I really wished I’d ha e seen this site 1st - I’m in the same situation, been waiting 7 weeks and the response from the company is of an automated message- wasn’t aware it was being sent from outside the UK - this company is appalling and should be avoided at all costs!!

Waited over 6 weeks for delivery as the product is from china not the uk! Terrible customer service, the product is different in the picture, some of my bands came with tears in them. It's disgraceful this website hasn't yet been shut down. I opened a case with paypal & that's when they decided to ship the product & provide tracking information

Updated - I opened a dispute with PayPal and got a refund, the company didn’t even respond.

I am in the same scenario as every other review on here. Ordered within April, absolutely nothing but poor replies promising they will look into things. Really poor service and potentially a scam style company.
There is a glimmer of hope I see one person has actually received their goods, I am not massively hopeful. But I assume they will probably arrive once the gyms open up!
