Ordered 2 months ago but still nothing has arrived. I have emailed asking for the refund I am entitled to as goods have not arrived within 30 days however they have not replied. Complete scam

Placed an order over a month ago and continuously email the company and never get a reply.AWFUL company and will never use or recommend them to anyone.Still waiting

Out of all the choices chose these. Ordered 28th April, still haven't arrived. All emails now bouncing back. Last heard 7th May orders taking longer due to Covid-19.
Contacting card company to complain as a fraud case to get money back. Great news that this review is sent to an email address that doesn't work.

Terrible service, it took 2.5 months to arrive and is nothing like what is advertised on the site. All the bands aren't even the same length. I have asked for a refund under the 30 day money back but I am not optimistic. I am also raising a claim with PayPal but they are saying it is a quality issue and not their problem.

Would give 0 stars if I could! Ordered end of March said they would be dispatched next day from the U.K., after countless emails they finally replied with a tracking number which didn’t work. I then noticed that they were coming from China. After around 15 emails, my emails started to bounce. Was just about to go to PayPal but they turned up yesterday morning.

I ordered mine back on 13th April and they finally arrived this morning (16 June). Like many others I emailed several times and had very generic responses and a tracking ID which looked fake- if you ordered around the same time keep the faith you hopefully will still get them. Won’t be ordering from this company again any time soon!

Ordered these and they took 10 weeks to arrive, asked for a refund and all of a sudden it arrived, will never use this company again, genuinely thought I'd been scammed.

I ordered from this website 2-3 months ago after seeing it was a London based company. I had to wait for a significant amount of time and emailed the company repeatedly chasing this up. The item I ordered was shipped from China and arrived this morning. I’d never have ordered from them if I’d known they didn’t hold Uk stock. I’ve not had chance to try these out but they look fairly standard quality.

Overall I’d avoid ordering from this company due to the delay and instead order from a more reputable company.

I’ve given two star as the item has arrived though there was a significant delay.

I ordered mine in March, and had resigned myself to not getting them, and even forgot about them to be fair. But they turned up this morning. I was shocked ! So if you have ordered them, give it almost 4 months..

I would give 0 stars if I could. RigKing is an absolute sham of an outfit. Ordered this item in March and just took delivery mid June, and it was only delivered because I reported their scam to PayPal!
Item is clearly cheap and of very bad quality.
Now, I’m after a Refund big unsurprisingly I’m getting NO response!!!!

Item never showed up. Emails now bouncing off their server.
SCAM

An absolute scam! Now my emails are un-deliverable and they are not responding! Ordered on the 28th April and have had NO shipping confirmation. Avoid! waiting to claim back for Paypal!

Wrote a review a while ago, as customer service was poor. EVENTUALLY arrived.

Wish I’d read all this before ordering on 8th April, keep getting told it’s been sent...not arrived, no refund issued, PayPal been useless as well DO NOT BUY....waste of £ total scam

Pretty much the same as everyone else has reported. I did receive a text from Royal Mail on the 11th May saying an item was on the way and was given a tracking number. However, there has been no further update to the tracking status since the 10th of May which was ‘item leaving overseas’. In fairness they have been responding to my emails but it’s the standard excuse blaming COVID and saying it will be worth the wait. That said my requests for a tracking update and a refund have not been answered so like many on here I have reassigned myself to the fact that I will not receive them. As I paid through PayPal I have raised a dispute with them. So like the many on here I would be advising to avoid this bunch unless your feeling flush and have a few quid to lose.

Ordered back in April and still haven’t received anything. I have emailed support but all they say is they’ve requested tracking information and are waiting on a response, which was done 2 weeks after I ordered. Still no tracking information. I requested a refund and all of a sudden they say it’s out for delivery and thus can’t refund until it’s returned..

100% a scam

SCAM SCAM SCAM. The comments saying it is not, are most likely from the very crooks themselves.

I am getting all the same BS as everyone else, it's on its way. PLEASE ensure you report to your bank so that these guys are put on their black lists so future payments from others are straight away refused on their site. This will stop others getting ripped off!

Ordered in April, was sure it was scam to be honest. But I was provided a tracking number which was being updated weekly. And finally it arrived today, as described.
