Bought March 2020... never received the goods, the money back and only response was to say it was on a slow boat from China... absolute scum bags.

Bought back in may, its November still no delivery or reply have asked for refund and nothing , robbers

Rig King is total scam. I ordered equipment at the start of April and still I haven’t received my equipment. Tried to email the customer support now and it says email doesn’t exits anymore.

Alastair Stewart is only person who gave me poor excuse of "covid" delayed my order.

Do not order from this company. Exercise equipment was difficult to get hold of during the start of the pandemic so decided to order from Rigking after seeing an ad. I ordered the beginning of May and still haven’t received my order after 3 months. I sent an initial email a couple of weeks after ordering which they responded to blaming the pandemic which is understandable however I have since emailed them a further 5 times and have not heard from them again. A complete scam - DO NOT USE.

Scam artists!!! I ordered at the start of April and still have nothing. After emailing several times each one has been ignored. Spend your money elsewhere!!!

My story is like everyone else's. Ordered the product on the 6th of May. It's been three months and we have not received the product, nor any correspondence about the situation. Seems like a scam working off of the pandemic.

Ordered 20th April and STILL NOT HERE. Do not order from these crooks!! Spend a bit more and buy from official supplier!!

Ordered 9th of May, after seeing an advert on instagram.. product never received, attempts at contact ignored. My bank refunded my credit card yesterday, NEVER trust Instagram adverts unless you’ve heard of the company. Seems now the website has been taken down so no more people can be scammed by these people.

This company do not have any supplies, and do not appear to have any intention of attempting to satisfy orders. After waiting 5+ weeks, and Rig King declining to reply to emails, I lodged a claim with Paypal who found in my favour and fully reimbursed me.

Fraudsters using the pandemic to extort money from people. Law enforcement notified.

Ordered weight bands for the lockdown. It's been 4 months and still not received anything. Emailed them and got no reply. Scam, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

Absolutely terrible...now website gone....scammed...angry and frustrated....

One star is generous, they are Scummy scammers, ordered a kayak, received oakey sunglasses, not Oakley's, oakeys, cheap crap Chinese knock offs. C...s all of them, do not buy

Ordered on 6th April and to date, still not receive the products yet. Is been 3 months. No replies from customer support either.

I ordered on 29th april and received the product on 7th july. I was nearly certain this was a scam until I received the bands today. I filed for a refund with paypal and everything. Customer service is shocking and waiting over 2months is scandalous however I did receive the product in the end...

AVOID! ZERO STARS!

After ordering a product back in April and several emails later, it has become apparent that this website is a total scam. I have requested my money back several times while asking to cancel my order but I have had no further replies.
Avoid this website!!

I think after 200 reviews of which >95% are 1 star, it should be obvious enough that you should avoid this company. I would comment on the product, unfortunately after 2.5 months from ordering there is still no evidence of the product having ever existed. It was advertised on their website that deliveries were not being affected by COVID, however they clearly were and they admitted as such even while still having that message up on their website. After a month I requested a cancellation as the product hadn't been shipped and I just got an alternative one from Argos. I was informed that the refund request would be processed. They then ignored this for 3 weeks, after which they told me they could no longer refund me as the product had now shipped and they would send the tracking number....over a month later and still no tracking number or any evidence of there ever being a product. Suffice to say I have requested a chargeback through my bank.

I would strongly advise against doing any business with this company. If you really want resistance bands then look elsewhere at more reliable sources. If you still really want to roll the dice with this company then order using paypal or a credit card to make the chargeback process less of a headache when it inevitably reaches that stage later on.
