I feel a complete idiot - I should have read here first. A month and only soothing replies.
The China tracking number looks genuine, but nothing has come. Has anyone else looked at the China post track they send?

This is my honest review and I felg I had to do one because last week I was here reading all the reviews because I'd placed an order with RigKing on May 1st and had been 3 weeks and had nothing so contacted them. 28 emails between us. Their replies were pretty much the same every single time which was getting me angry and frustrated but thinking about it now I think it was more a lost in translation thing. Yes I think there is a little white lie about where they're based because its clearly not London!
Anyway yesterday morning after giving up on the refund and receiving my goods my resistance bands actually came! I couldn't believe it and instantly felt so bad for the emails I'd sent.
I just wanted to assure you all that your goods will arrive. They are coming from China and if you think about the restrictions in place there and here in the UK the time for delivery is significantly longer.
If I could uoad a photo to show u guys that I do have my goods I wish I could but please, as frustrating as it is waiting and having what seems automatically generated replies....they will arrive! I hope this gives some of you a little hope!

Scam company that reply to you via broken English automated emails, 1-2 weeks has now been 5 weeks & I’ve seen so many other people that have been longer!!

These are absolutely shocking. I have asked for update after update. All I get is "We will look into this and get back to you.

I eventually had enough and demanded a refund, to be told they're waiting for the tracking information (There wasn't any)
This went on and on for weeks. Eventually I called my bank who issued me a full refund after explaining about the website, the emails, but more importantly through the 1 star reviews from Trust pilot.
I have never felt such frustration in dealing with any company that looked so legit, I paid via their website only to be took for a full blown Grade A idiot. Please everyone, avoid, avoid, avoid.

I ordered these at the near beginning of May.

Ordered the resistance bands end of April. After many generic emails back and forth I have just received a message from Royal Mail saying my parcel from HAN YAN China has cleared international processi v so it looks like I’m getting them after all. Keep the faith

Just like everyone else said - this is a scam. They’ll take your money and never send your product, and blame it on the shipping company. Have asked for refund and been ignored. Avoid

Complete scam, ordered in April and never got my items. They continuously try to mislead by saying that it's with the shipping department but will never send you any tracking info. Avoid!

SCAM.

Ordered these weeks ago and have received nothing. Have sent a variety of emails to them and I keep getting the same generic response back. Wish I'd have checked here before ordering, but you assume that companies trading via Amazon are legitimate.

I've logged this as fraud with my bank, reported to Amazon and trading standards.

Wel if your reading this I hope you have before ordering!!! As I failed to do this I fell stupid into there trap and yes I’m a victim of fraud been waiting since start of lockdown for my good send numerous emails back and fourth and they never even answer to what you say I know it’s only £25 but it’s not the point I hope they get caught and get locked up absaloutely disgusting

One star is VERY generous. This company is worse than hot sauce in your eye. Scam at its finest. AVOID!! FOR THE LOVE OF YOUR MONEY AVOID THIS COMPLETE WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

See below from others - scam artists. Ordered start of February and no sign after 3 weeks, chased and got assured would be sent as soon as in stock. June now and still waiting so have lodged PayPal complaint.

Outstandly terrible. Can't decide whether it is a scam or possibly the worst business operation on the planet- thats how bad it is!

If you want to wait for a lifetime for some excercise bands, I highly recommend this company!

Same as other reviews, ordered goods nearly 3 months ago, yet to arrive.
Emails sent, generic responses assuring me my order is on the way.
Complaint logged with PayPal they haven't responded to that either.
When I looked into the payment it went to a nightclub in Tenerife! Surprise surprise that website as also been taken down.
ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS WHO SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE IF A LOT OF PEOPLE DURING A PANDEMIC.

I ordered these and had to wait over 6 weeks despite the advert saying uk...Yet I order some earphone that came from Finland....3 days! (Had some air miles points to use from my work trip, used it to buy my son some earphone)
They came, but they are extremely cheap and I don't want to use them, they are not as advertised, the clips are cheap and I'm worried they will snap, they clearly buy from China cheap and send them to you, they don't make these themselves.
I've filed a complaint and requested a refund through PayPal. See what happens, if not, I will go further!

Similar opinion to most on here, SCAM SCAM BEWARE. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. No product has been delivered after a month of chasing. Please dont order from this company.

Had the same experience as the majority of reviews. Never received the items or a refund, despite multiple attempts to contact the company. The only 5 star review is from a Ron Stewart, no doubt a relative of the scam artist who's running this (Alastair Stewart, who has mysteriously disappeared from social media). Reported to Trading Standards and Action Fraud.

Total crap Advertise everywhere but nothing ever turns up and you get a reply what looks like it’s wrote from a 3 year old . Social media platforms should do better to stop advertising bollo*ks

Total scam..... no product, no refund, just same standard reply to messages

Ordered well over a month ago, several emails to them and same terrible response. Logged a claim with PayPal and they haven’t even responded to that.
