Outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble at this dealer. Have always gone back due to the customer service. And love the Vitara. These people know about customer service.y last vehicle was an MG and their customer service was not a patch. When I chose to investigate getting a Vitara outright for my retirement to Scotland Will could not have been more helpful. Even calling a few days after I had collected the car to check everything was ok. Well done as always Suzuki Southampton 👍

I purchased a new car from Suzuki Totton, and the saleman Ricky Singh was 1st class, nothing was a problem, I was kept informed all the time and even got an upgrade to the two tone colour scheme free of charge 👌 I have had 4 cars from Totton branch and evertime I have had excellent customer service would 100% recommend them.
