from the first trip to Skoda Portsmouth we were made to feel welcome. Piers Barron, from the Sales department was very helpful and answered all our questions about the Skoda Karoq we were interested in. the service and attention to detail in answering our question was excellent. We took the car out for a test drive but did not find it to our requirements and explained why. Piers was very understanding and after asking if we still were looking at a karoq he said that he had another one but it was not ready for test drive but would be ready in a couple of days if we wished to see it. We came back and test drove it and found it to a excellent car and decided to buy it, Piers was helpful throughout the whole process of buying the car and with our sending of funds through to Richmond account. On the day of the handover he helped with all the paperwork and assisted me with sorting out the car tax. The customer service given by his team was always excellent as they always said hello to my wife and I when there and were always smiling. At no time during my time at Skoda Portsmouth did i feel any pressure to buy anything and i felt comfortable at all times.

Good communication throughout the process. Helpful and knowledgeable team.
Only two minor criticisms. 1. I asked if the car would come with a full tank of diesel and was told that it would. It didn't. 2. The car had been in the showroom for quite some time, yet still didn't have mats. I'll now need to collect these when they are delivered to the dealership.

Really happy with my Skoda Kodiaq and the service from ZACK. He was friendly, helpful and made the whole process really easy, without any pushy sales nonsense. Even managed to survive all my questions and indecisiveness! 😂 Would definitely recommend ZACK, top bloke and a credit to the dealership.

The initial service and car details was good. The service history had an ‘error’ with it as the invoice number had been input into the mileage making the car seem like it had done an extra 150,000 miles. I purchased the car and opted to get it delivered. The salesman organised this as part of the sale. The night before delivery I received phone calls from the delivery company, first from a driver stating they would be delivering at a time slot some 8hrs before it was actually agreed, he then asked me to change my work schedule to accommodate. His manager then proceeded to plead and attempt to guilt trip me into moving my delivery to suit his business as it did not work for him. He then cancelled my delivery booking on the basis he could not make it work. I cancelled my insurance due to this incurring an admin fee. The logistics manager then phoned stating the delivery was back on to the agreed time with my car being trailer delivery. Car was handed over and it was very rushed. There was no agreed paper work - service history and the Skoda 120point checklist with the vehicle. I complained to my salesman who quashed my complaint with a ‘because the car was delivered in the time slot there is no valid complaint’ and your complaint is with a 3rd party company so he would pass me over to them.
The car is very good. I cannot fault it.
The delivery, hassle and post sale complaint was very unprofessional.

No pressure sales, which is exactly what you want. Was test driving Skoda and Audi but Skoda was better one for me. Added extra warranty and free next MOT. Kallum made the whole process enjoyable, even parting with my money

i was seen by the most lovely funniest man named ian coe, as an 18 year old girl who doesn’t know much about cars, he was patient and kind and answered all my silly questions without complaint made me feel super comfortable and confident with my (not so) abilities! i will most definitely be coming back this is my first car (skoda kamiq) and he has glowing reviews ans opinions for the car i chose and was so knowledgeable about everything!! you were and amazing help ian thank you so much!!!

I had read many reviews about the Skoda Kodiaq and was considering purchasing along with other brands that we had looked at.
On arrival we met with the Skoda salesman Mr Ian Coe he was friendly and welcoming, we told him that we had seen a car on your website, to which he arranged a test drive. The car had only delivery miles on the clock 12. We took the car for a test drive and was very impressed with it the drive and functionality.
Shortly after the drive we decided to purchase if the trade in value of our car could be met. Ian was able to reach a value that suited us. He told us about all the finance options available and completed all necessary paperwork. We completed and arranged to pick the car up a week later.
Ian once again completed all the forms for taxing and cancelling the tax on both cars. 5 star service.
