I recently brought a car from hsc and had great customer service from brad brown I would highly recommend buying a car from him he was very helpful, polite and took me through step by step on buying the right car can't thank him enough.

Very helpful and supportive staff special thanks to Sarah

Looking for a car is hard, I went in and was seen by The lovely lady Sarah. She was straight away very nice to speak too. She made everything easy to understand and made it like i was talking to a friend. In my opinion that made it alot less daunting. Bought the car i loved and she even called a week later to check everything was fine. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend.

I was served by Andreea at the showroom who was super friendly and helpful along the way, Simon also had some great information and would recommend the dealership.

A really great service, friendly, professional staff taking the anxiety out of the buying purchase. Sam who handled our sale was a complete star!

HCS were very professional and efficient. The car was handed over to me in perfect condition with even the smallest issue fixed. A special thank you to Sarah McCarthy who was most helpful at every stage of the sale. You can expect a first class experience from HCS.

Had a fantastic service by the Richmond Motor Group. Gave me a great PX price on my car. Purchased a Peugeot 208 and the cars been a little gem. Sarah our sales executive at HCS couldn’t of been more helpful and professional. Brilliant service and would definitely recommend HCS and the Richmond Group.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Informative, polite and non pushy. I would recommend HCS if you're looking for a great car with great service. Thank you Sam, Brad and Joe for making everything go so smoothly. I love my new car!

Exceptional customer service experience from the very first telephone enquiry to pickup yesterday 14th June 2022. Sarah in sales had a hypnotic effect on us,maybe its because she's Scottish, Iye! Pleasant lady, great company to do business with. Manager was exceptional. They come highly recommended.

The experience of purchasing a car is generally overwhelming for most customers, if I'm being totally honest, and even though I have not bought
a car for over 16 years I was dreading the thought in doing so in some ways.
However I was pleasantly surprised of the level of knowledge and service received by the sales assistant, Sarah McCarthy from the beginning to the end of the whole process, she answered all my questions and I was put at ease. Sarah should be recognised for this service she had provided.
therefore it's thank you to Sarah and the team from me.

I went in to see about having my car valued and walked out having bought a beautiful second-hand car with just over 17000 on the clock. Sarah was amazing and asked me exactly what specs I was looking for and she matched me perfectly to the car. She listened and was informative and allowed me to browse the showroom and ask questions.
I was able to pick my car up two days later.
Thank you Sarah you were amazing. Love my new car.

Returned from Spain to UK and had to arrange a car swap (LHD to RHD) before onward journey up to Scotland. Hampshire Car Sales team were very helpful and efficient with all of the necessary paperwork being fully explained to me prior to completion. I must also compliment Sarah McCarthy for going above and beyond her remit whilst accomodating my extra car transfer requests.

Excellent experience with HCS, very impressed with the support I received. Honest team who aren’t pushy and provide an honest opinion regarding the products. Sarah McCarthy who was very helpful and had a positive outlook! Very customer focused and knowledgeable

Great service and very friendly and not typical salesman who just want money from you.
