I unfortunately had a bad experience from another garage which left me stressed and upset, after speaking with Brad who was professional, friendly and showed great empathy towards my situation, he restored my faith in the motor industry.
He stuck to his word and always contacted me when he said he would, keeping me updated and most importantly getting me back on the road.
I am very grateful for all of his help and would 100% recommend HCS for not only the sales experience but for the after sales too. I’d also like to thank the other members of the team too, all very friendly and polite especially Alan who also went above and beyond to help.

Very helpful staff I went in looking for a c3 that turned out to be to small for my needs Sara our sales person at HMC and her manager went out of there way to find a car that better suited my requirement's its not a colour I would have chosen, But that's what comes with buying a used car. I got a great deal on my part ex as well .

Great service, it was our first experience of buying a car from a dealership and it was sooo nice. The guys all went the extra mile, we took the dog, and they welcomed him in no problems. We were given hot chocolate better than the Polar Express!! The car is fantastic, so pleased with it. It was a lovely experience and would definitely recomend this team of guys Sam, Brad and Alan to look after you.

The salesman was very helpful moving the cars I wanted to look at so that I could get into them easily. I was allowed to take the car for a test drive on my own. When I had decided which car I wanted to buy we settled down to the form filling, which seemed to go on for ever. Our first visit to buy the car took nearly two hours during which we were kept supplied with coffee. When I returned a couple of days later to pick up my new car there were more forms to fill out for the purchasing of the new car and the selling of my car to them. "Picking the car up" took about an hour and more coffee was consumed. During the whole process we were very well looked after. A couple of days after the sale I received a follow-up call to see how I was enjoying my new car and make sure there were no unexpected issues.

Very responsive and would use HCS again ........albeit I've only had the car a week so as long as there are no problems ....all good!

Friendly service on arrival, and very helpful. I was able to look around the car without anyone being pushy sales wise which was refreshing. Yet they had all the answers and information I needed when I asked them. The car I looked at on the front forecourt had been freshly cleaned and valeted and I was able to look around the car and test drive the car. I would highly recommend them.

I recently bought a car from HCS and had a really great experience with everyone. Customer service was great - the staff was lovely, explained everything so clearly and I wasn't pushed into making a decision. Definitely will be getting my next car from them as well.
Also, they have great coffee.
