Sarah was really helpful
Sarah was really helpful! Very friendly and open about the car we were looking for. She made the experience quick (especially with 2 kids) and then took me out on a test drive. I’ve never driven manual before so she gave me an impromptu driving lesson!

Heart attack avoided
I was relieved to receive a call informing me the body work on my offside rear door was complete, on time, and it was ready for collection. A few minutes later I received another call telling me it was not ready as they had just opened the parcel from MG and they had sent the wrong door. It would take two days before they received the correct door and, in the meantime, they would refit the damaged door so I could collect the car as arranged as I needed it over the weekend. Imagine my relief when, on arrival, I was told that they had in fact completed the repair, all that was needed was the trim on the bottom of the door and they were able to get that from the Guildford Branch. Despite this comms problem I give 5 stars for recovery from what could have been an awkward situation and for completion of work to a high standard and on time.
