This can be done via your online account but if you experience difficulty, you can also speak with us via Live Chat or by calling us via the phone number on your policy documents.

Good level of cover
Good level of cover at a reasonable price. Easy to apply and website easy to process. The acid test is when you need to claim which I haven't so cannot give 5 stars yet.

I had a fall and amongst other things
I had a fall and amongst other things, badly scratched the lenses of my specs. I rang through to make a claim for the new ones and was so Impressed by the level of service and speed which I was dealt with. I've not claimed in over 30 years and had no idea it would be so simple, using phone technology I could show the lady the damage and she arranged a payment within days. Truly thankful !
