Very poor coordination with landlord
Very poor coordination with landlord. I ended up to pay both deposit and deposit fees. Without it I couldn’t move in. So there mistake costed me money time and nervous. Don’t recommend

Was unsure at first how this worked
Was unsure at first how this worked. I did manage to contact the team and they were helpful. However, I did get many messages throughout as regards payment, even when it had gone through. Eventually this was sorted and the young lady who assisted me was pleasant and helpful. It is a good alternative, as I did not wish to pay a bond.

The most embarrassing company I’ve ever…
The most embarrassing company I’ve ever had to deal with. Instead of charging me £90 for an end of tenancy cleaning fee, they charged me £450 with no authorisation just by dipping into my bank account when they felt like it. When a complaint was made about this, they had the nerve to reject it. I have to assume this company is run by a bunch of low IQ individuals. Still to this day, £450 out of pocket with this company able to just dip into my bank account whenever they feel like it somehow. Cheers, now I’ve had to sign up to a new bank.
