Refus de remboursement en dépit d'une absence de publication
Le 9 septembre: Rentola exige que je retire l'identité de notre complexe de 72 logements sous prétexte de faire rayer l'avis ci-dessous. Je le fais pour éviter une autre non publication cette fois sur TRUST. Il n'en demeure pa moins que RENTOLA s'entête à ne pas rembourser et m'offre après plusieurs jours de corriger mon projet. Quel culot ! Aucun intérêt à le faire. Le logement a été loué grâce à une autre plateforme. Et je reste anonyme malgré moi de peur de déplaire à cette cie geignarde.

Le 1er septembre, j'ai payé 15 $ pour la publication de l'annonce d'un appartement 3 1/2 à louer à St-Jérome. Rien n'étant publié dans les 48 heures, je m'en plains le 3 septembre.
Un scribouillard, sous prétexte de la présence "des coordonnées de contact directes dans la description", m'informe que le système n'en valide pas la publication. Par contre, il ne m'offre même pas la possibilité de remédier au défaut et à me dire exactement quelle coordonnée.
Je réclame alors le remboursement de mon paiement devenu sans objet. Réponse en toute transparence d'une malhonnêteté conforme à leur réputation: " Aucun remboursement ne peut être accordé pour les annonces refusées ou non conformes aux règles de la plateforme."

Les annonces soumises sur notre Platform doivent respecter certaines règles avant de pouvoir être publiées. Dans votre cas, l’annonce n’a pas pu être validée en raison de la présence de coordonnées de contact directes dans la description. Nous comprenons toutefois votre mécontentement concernant le fait de ne pas avoir eu la possibilité de modifier l’annonce afin de la rendre conforme.
Concernant votre demande de remboursement, les annonces refusées ou ne respectant pas les règles de notre Platform ne sont pas éligibles à un remboursement conformément aux conditions applicables. Le fait qu’une annonce ne puisse pas être publiée en raison de son non-respect des règles ne rend donc pas automatiquement le paiement remboursable.

The number of available properties depends on the location, selected search criteria, and the listings currently available from the different sources included on our Platform. Availability can therefore vary considerably depending on the specific area and time of the search.
Regarding your subscription, when a cancellation is successfully completed, future renewals are stopped and a confirmation is sent. If a charge is attempted despite a claimed cancellation, this may indicate that the cancellation was not successfully completed before the relevant renewal or that another subscription exists under a different email address. Replacing or blocking a bank card does not itself cancel an active subscription.
We would like to review what happened in your specific case, including the cancellation and attempted charge. First and foremost, all accounts are created manually by the users themselves, and payment details are personally entered during the registration process when signing up for a trial or premium access. Our system cannot generate an account or initiate charges without direct, conscious action from the user. All pricing terms and auto-renewal conditions are clearly indicated in our General Conditions during registration.
When an account is successfully canceled by a user, our system immediately halts all future billing cycles. If charges occurred after you canceled, it usually means the cancellation process was not fully completed or that a different email address was used to create the account.

Great customer service. I had forgotten to cancel my subscription and my account got charged but after reaching out to their customer support they refunded my money which shows their platform is reliable and this a trustful company.

Stay away
Stay away. They scam you to get the subscription money. I joined for $2 and few days later cancelled the subscription cos I wasn't happy with the offers. Few weeks later I see that I didn't really unsubscribed and they charged me $55. I asked for a refund but of course they refused.
The way the profile page is designed leaves you thinking you did all the right moves to cancel subscription but no you don't really cancel it.

Big scam
SCAMMER. I Paied 2$ for the 7 days trial. After just after to be sure to note forget I went on the website to unsubcribe, well you cannot you have to wait 2 days. That a tehcnic for you to forget you had a subscription. After 2 days I did unsubscribe but suprisingly after 7 days I got 55$ takken from them. Fortunatly my bank block it. I went on the website and what a surprice to see a new subscription on my credit cart without telling me. Also i sent them an email to delet my account but obviously no answer. Impossible to speak to someone on the chat. No phone number
