I’ve been using remote-backups.com for a while now and it has completely taken the stress out of offsite backups for me. The setup was straightforward, the performance is rock-solid, and the pricing is more than fair — especially with the generous free storage to get started.
What really stands out is the support: every time I’ve had a question, I got a clear, friendly, and fast response (often within the hour). The service works perfectly with Proxmox, and I love knowing my data is stored securely in EU-based data centers.
It’s rare to find a backup provider that nails both the tech and the customer service side of things, but remote-backups.com delivers on both. Highly recommended!

Amazing service for any Homelab users running Proxmox.
Bennet has created an amazing service, that is free if your instance isn't massive, and he's amazingly helpful and responsive on the support side.
Hope many more users adopt this service as it's a great way to ensure your backups have redundancy.

Great backup solution
We are a small company with a few Proxmox host onside. With remote-backups we get an offsite backup solution that's worth the price, has great support (under 1 hour sometimes) and has been rock solid for the last few months. I cannot recommend it enough for people who want to take backups serious.
