Have been using remote-backups.com for half a year now, and everything works like a charm.

I have been using Remote Backups to back up my own systems and some of my customers' systems for almost a year now. I have now outsourced almost 24TB of data, and so far, I have no complaints. The Support responds quickly, helps fast with problems, and the servers run well.

Great experience overall
- free tier is pretty decent for home or small business use
- uptime is stellar
- any changes they make are announced by email at least 1 week in advance, when there were changes to do on may part, they had documentation for it
- support is quick and thorough
- web UI is super simple and easy to use

Un Gran Servicio. Utilizo el servicio gratuito de datastore de proxmox, y en dos ocasiones tuve algun problema con la desactivación del datastore, y la atención de Bennet fue rapidísima y super resolutiva.... Gracias por este gran servicio. Recomendadisimo....

I use the free backup storage and this works verry fine with proxmox.
One time the storage was full and garbage does't run autimatic, nut after creating a support ticket it was done within 5 minutes.
