I saw this service advertised via a tv show and thought I had nothing to lose as it was a no claim no fee service. Remediatior were fabulous I completed some questions and they did the rest. I got back $1600 and didn’t have to do a thing they did all the work. Thanks so much I’m thrilled!

The process was smooth and I got a refund of over $1k which was unexpected. It’s definitely worth having a chat to them if you think you may have paid for insurance on any credit including mortgages. Everyone I dealt with was professional and answered any questions I had. Really happy with my experience.

The guys at remediatior were fantastic. Found one case of where I received over $1000 in a return. A very simple process where they keep you in the loop throughout . I’d recommend it to anyone, it costs you nothing so you’ve got nothing to lose.

Thank you for your feedback Ron. Our fee is 20% plus GST of the refund amount. This compares favourably to some other consumer remediation services which charge 30%, and to some class actions. Also, we hope the insurance refund compensated you for the wait experienced.
