Pretty easy process
Pretty easy process, I didn’t need to do anything other then provided my I’d and track down my old loan documents which they don’t need just makes it quicker. Received a lot more money back then I would have anticipated. You’ve really got nothing to lose! Definitely recommend it.

Remediator quickly answered my enquiry and I gave all the pertinent information over the phone. That was a month ago and I haven't heard anything from them since.
I understand I Amy not have had any monies owing to me and that is fine but I would have expected at least a quick msg too state that nothing was found.

Initially very good
Initially very good, but didn’t contact me after the period they said they would. I had to make contact well after that time period. Could have been a little better with communication. All in all
I am satisfied with the help I received. Would not say it was 20% worth of help though.

Remediator have been very helpful so far. They have been successful in being able to obtain funds back from a creditor in my favour. This is so terrific!! They still have some open cases for me and I hope they will achieve the same result. Well done!!!!!
