Beware of this company
Beware of this company. After I left my number in their website, I got a call and then they send me a authorization form. Before filling the form I asked them if this is going to affect anything on future and their answer was no it won't. I asked them to send me an email saying it is not going to affect me in future. Then they vanished. No reply at all. I send them email twice but didn't hear back anything. This simply means that something is behind. Don't dive for few hundred dollars which will affect your future.

Amazing Service
I contacted remediator and I didn't have much information to give but, they went out of there way and found my past loan/account and I was so surprised they found it and it all happened and I got a refund. Absolutely incredible customer service and quick service.

Slow to pay
Once paperwork was submitted & claim approved, getting the payment from Remediator was the hardest part - took over 4 weeks. Email enquiries to when $ would be received we’re never answered & it took two phone calls (a week apart) to actually receive the $

Remediator was a great company
I would like to say Remediator was extremely helpful in getting the insurance money I paid for a credit card that I should never of got. We had a few teething problems but I did get the information right at Christmas time. Therefore it took a little more time than usual. But I was really impressed and would recommend them to anyone chasing money through banks or personal loans.
