These guys where very professional would recommend they got me a tidy little refund very happy with their work

To my surprise mediator got me money owed to me and deposited in my account in a timely manner I was more than willing to accept their fee recommend if you are in doubt give it a go you will never know if you never ask them for help

I have waited a year for my claim to be processed, I received a request email from Toyota 30 days after remediator received it, ( they sat on the email request for a month) I filled In the forms and sent them back (Toyota said it would take 2 days to process) that was on the 11/10/2021. My claim began back in March 2021. I was told remediator staff work from home and can not sign on behalf of the company, the forms were required so they could act as a third party. It’s now Feb 19 2022 and still no communication and I assume no one has signed the third party forms so my claim can be processed.

Must say didn’t expect much but these blokes at remediator did exactly what was said checking an insurance policy I paid for that wasn’t worth the paper it was written on. Got back the money in my hand after there costs were deducted & was still surprised that I got 75% back! Keep up the good work for the little bloke! Thx again boys & girls.

They say 30days , and i read people upset over a few months yet others have it in weeks , mine would be 6,monyjs or longer , and yes rang heaps of times , may be good sor some

I knew there was a lawsuit happening against a bank I used to use and knew that they owed me an amount for “junk insurance”. I saw an ad for remediator on Instagram and thought why not, within a few days they called me and looked into my old account, couple of days later commonwealth rang and said I was owed $1200.
Definitely recommend remediator 10/10 for service.
