Delivery driver opened my door for the 2nd time. Met him walking into my house!!!!
Customer service is not answering emails.
If I could give 0 stars I would!

Absolute scammers. Do not use!

Really appalling delivery times. They should not be in business and I’m surprised Vinted uses them

This company steals packages. They specifically do not have a contact number because of these issues. The delivery driver took a picture outside my block and inside my block and took my package with my medication inside. I'm assuming they thought it was something fancy because of the shape of the box, but no.

My claim trying to get my money back has been rejected because they took a picture and never buzzed me. This is a trick by drivers, they're tramps.

Sold an item on vinted amd the lady on the other end received it to find that th parcel had been cut open removed watch and charger left box in parcel bag now ive lost money amd my watch!!!!

If only we could score it less than 1. I paid extra to have it delivered to my home as their drop off point is a long way away.

I got the text to say it was coming and I could watch the van.

I watched said van drive past my place and sent me “oh we couldn’t deliver…” …. They didn’t even try.

Screw this company. If you are from customer service - you honestly suck at your job.

The delivery person stole my parcel. When I have launched a complaint I can’t find a number to ring and I have to wait 72 hours until someone reads my email it’s a joke!
They took a picture of my garage from a car as “proof of delivery” the parcel wasn’t in said picture and no attempt was made to deliver it as I was in all day!
They then put on the delivery note it was delivered to number 60 which is no where near my house!!
Scammers and robbers!!!

Awaiting at home for 3 day for my parcels and never delivered, keep saing on the app that nobody was at home ,
I have ring bell with senzor wich records any movement, and definitely they didn’t even bother to try and delivere...

Disgraceful delivery, never came to the door ( I was in) just left a package behind the car.

First time using Relay no problem. Second time, parcel missing for over a week and according to tracking they received it 23/09/2026 - it's now the 30/09/2026 and no updates. Tried contacting generic customer email - absolutely no response. Stupidly giving them benefit of the doubt I opted for them to deliver a second parcel - big mistake!! Will not be using again. Absolutely shocking service and no come back.

Two deliveries in a week, both delivered to completely the wrong address.

I’ve tried to download the app… it keeps asking me the same stupid question, “where do you work?” I’m trying to get a parcel from the USA, and I can’t check the progress, because it seems like those apps of Relay are only for those who work at relay delivery service? Very very confusing!! Absolutely terrible company, I’ve told the guy sending things from USA, to never use Relay again. There’s no way to track my parcel unless I go on their website, which doesn’t even work anyway. Awful AWFUL company.

Do not rely on Relay. Lost my parcel and the lack of communication and accountability has been extremely disappointing.

By far the worse platform out there, never had a item arrive before 10days and the tracking portal is about a useful as A lead weight in a lifeboat

They delivered to the wrong apartment and the online retailer, Cult Beauty, failed to refund me my money after months of email back and forth. If I have the option again, I won't use either Cult Beauty or Relay.

So this company had the job of delivering my parcel They delivered it a shop that has lost the parcel I was waiting for and have not offered to compensate me or replace or pay me for my parcel If your delivery is connected to this company in any shape or form please do not accept it They will put some lame excuse on here but please do not listen to their crap that are thieves and liars

Twice I’ve had parcels delayed from a normal 3 day delivery window to over a month. This is unacceptable and there’s no accountability for Relay or recompense for the wasted time. I now have to wait a month before I know I can order a replacement and also get a refund.

I have experienced my fair share with deliveries but it was smaller stuff and fixable with other companies ….now relay !!!???taking a picture of my door and chucking it over someone else’s fence that’s not mine and not telling me what fence you have chucked it over is disgraceful so question is you’ve taken a picture of my door but chucked it over someone else’s fence with no information for me to even collect it just lied and made it out like you’ve delivered it to my door ridiculous and disrespectful , unprofessional and this company needs to be shut down, last time they left my sisters parcel on the side walk and anyone could have taken it lucky for us a nice member of the public was nice enough to knock on our door and say that they’ve left it on the public sidewalk embarrassing .
