So this company had the job of delivering my parcel They delivered it a shop that has lost the parcel I was waiting for and have not offered to compensate me or replace or pay me for my parcel If your delivery is connected to this company in any shape or form please do not accept it They will put some lame excuse on here but please do not listen to their crap that are thieves and liars

Twice I’ve had parcels delayed from a normal 3 day delivery window to over a month. This is unacceptable and there’s no accountability for Relay or recompense for the wasted time. I now have to wait a month before I know I can order a replacement and also get a refund.

I have experienced my fair share with deliveries but it was smaller stuff and fixable with other companies ….now relay !!!???taking a picture of my door and chucking it over someone else’s fence that’s not mine and not telling me what fence you have chucked it over is disgraceful so question is you’ve taken a picture of my door but chucked it over someone else’s fence with no information for me to even collect it just lied and made it out like you’ve delivered it to my door ridiculous and disrespectful , unprofessional and this company needs to be shut down, last time they left my sisters parcel on the side walk and anyone could have taken it lucky for us a nice member of the public was nice enough to knock on our door and say that they’ve left it on the public sidewalk embarrassing .

Ordered a package and they were the providers. Package was handed to the completely wrong individual and house. I was not contacted or told so and had to rely on delivery proof to realise the situation. Secondly, my address is not hard to find. I believe Relay couriers must be quite incompetent to hand my package to an unknown individual and not even attempt to confirm their identity. Very irritated. Hope to never encounter Relay again.

I would give no stars if possible. I paid for next day delivery with the retailer. The retailer dispatched overnight and Relay picked up - but no “out for delivery” notification came. I track my parcel and it says “delayed” - no explanation and can’t reach out to anyone immediately as they’re customer service says we’ll reply within 48-72 hours, days after I needed my order. This is the first time experiencing this company.

Contacted them as tracking not updated
for 10 days. Of course with their terrible reputation noted didn’t expect a reply. Didn’t get one. Senders need to stop using this company must be costing a fortune is “lost” parcels. Vinted also needs to take note and assist their users. I’d rate them -10 if you could.

Very bad company, my parcel was sent to a wrong address, I tried to contact the company and they not replied, was a £50.00 pounds dress for my birthday, very sad. Very disappointed

Supposed to have delivered my parcel today not even received it because it has gone to a different address they ha e took a photo and it's definitely not my door this is twice now they have delivered somewhere else

They don’t even deserve one star!! I’ve been contacting them for weeks now!! Still they don’t care to reply. My package wasn’t delivered and I raised complaint ticket, which they don’t really care to respond!! And they have any real app for tracking and the user interface is soo bad that we can’t really navigate and get results!!!

Very bad and poor!! I’m gonna talk with online shop to cancel all my ordersi with relay!! As it’s not at all professional!!

Lost my parcel. Was supposed to be at the pos5 office on Saturday, wasn't there, told me to return Monday and on Monday they said oh well it's missing! Their website was unhelpful

First time picking up a parcel using Relay service and not impressed.

I ordered an item on 10th September and waited 15 days for it to reach the UK, which is fine as coming from China. It finally arrived at the pick‑up point on 25th September, and I received an email at 6pm same day saying it was ready to collect — followed by another email couple of days later saying if I didn’t collect it by 1st October it would be returned to sender!

So I get six days to collect a parcel that’s taken 15 days to get here and told that if I don’t collect by 1st October it would be sent straight back to China! Are they having a laugh.

What if I’d been away on holiday! What if something unexpected stopped me collecting it in time.

To make matters worse, the parcel was damaged and looked like it had been thrown around.

Would not recommend using relay awful service says 2 to 4 days for delivery yet been waiting alot longer stay away

Ordered a jumper off vinted. Relay being the courier. When my order arrived it was a Russian book?? Fuming i mailed the vinted seller who never even sent me a book. She showed me a photo of the parcel she had sent which she took in the shop. They took it off her but didn't attach the name and delivery of me at that point. When they did print my name off it was put on the wrong parcel The parcel I received was a small package I.e. a Russian book. They have only put the wrong delivery address on the wrong package. Now are having to dispute the matter and having to try track where my parcel is. God knows who this book is meant for. Absolute Shambles. Needs to be held accountable. i

Absolutely dreadful delivery service and would give zero stars if I could. Their technical help/customer service is non-existent. Have tried to get an update from their support team for a parcel collected by their courier on 11 September which has not been delivered to my Vinted buyer, but with no response. I see numerous other people experiencing the same. How can they consider themselves a bona fide delivery service with such shocking service? Avoid at all costs if you can. Would never use them myself.

I have received two parcels In last 2 weeks including the one I collected today which have not been what I had purchased from vinted. Labels have been placed on wrong parcels both times. Strangely both have been high end items I should have received Ugg tasmans and Next storage baskets so it makes you wonder if it’s deliberate. I baby grows and some Shein boots instead. As this causes so many problems with vinted and no customer service from yourselves trying to get money back for buyer and seller I will not use relay again.

1st I'm annoyed i have to give 1 star. Should be minus 5 stars. There is a reason they have shocking reviews. All in all relay are so slow and the pick up point which is 130 quality .high street toll worth are just as bad .been waiting in there for 40 min trying to find a parcel which they couldn't find and still cant..vinted shouls get rid of all these clowns

Terrible delivery service, I've sent 2 emails, they ignore you, I sent a parcel on vinyed 10 days ago, parcel says delayed its now been 2 weeks, no updates, and we don't get paid for items sold, absolutely ridiculous

Disgusting, disappointing and frustrating experience with this company. Unacceptable behaviour by drivers they left parcel to the different address don’t even ring the bell and when I try to contact the company they didn’t response. Later again what happened with me I had ordered from shein Relay emailed me we will deliver your parcel when we received later they emailed you can choose collection of delivery faster way same time they emailed again that you have chose collection. I checked my phone and got these emails I got pissed by this company. This company should close down poor service

Absolutely shite. Said they missed me this afternoon and I was in all day. I even left a message to say leave in porch if not in. Said they were 5 stops away then said unable to deliver as they missed me. Omg I have a ring door bell they didn't even attend my property. the service is awful.

Absolue liability. Vinted should remove the option they lose stuff and seem incapable by the looks of the reviews to run an effective service. Bit of a joke.
