I have had 3 parcels missing now with Relay. I won't use them again. They are too much of a problem.

I left clear instructions to deliver my parcel through the side gate which I left open for this purpose. The driver just left the parcel on my front door in full view of the street. Anyone could have picked it up. And had the audacity to take a picture-of the front door- then say it was delivered to a safe place at the back, sheltered.

What kind of service is this? Very disappointing. Extremely unprofessional.

All my parcels that have been with this company have never been delivered to my house. Even if they leave it with a “ neighbour “ it is always someone miles away. One time they had even dropped my parcel to a shop.

The worst horrible careless courier which I have never seen before, I don't recommend anyone to use it at all.
I was at home I have typed all my details correctly besides that the courier couldn't deliver the parcel however , the easiest access location and clear address, I suddenly received an email from the seller for unsuccessful delivery .however, the unprofessional ignorant and blind courier couldn't deliver it .I wonder how we trust those people

They will attempt to redeliver it after two days this must be joking
I will stop using them and I recommend everyone to avoid wasting money and time with them .

Was given a dilvery time, waited all day. 10 mins before the end of the delivery window the tracker updated to say that the driver was delayed and they’d notify me in 48 hours when my parcel would be delivered. Two days? That’s a hell of a delay. The customer support goes round in circles because it’s an AI bot. Useless company.

Disgraceful, have never had a worse experience with a delivery company. I have received 2 packages from them over the past 3 days and BOTH were delivered to the incorrect address, and no way to actually speak to a human about this easily. They put in the incorrect postcode and didn’t bother looking at the postcode that I have on the actual label. Worst ever.

This company are absolutely disgusting. I have had too order the same thing twice, and twice the same thing has happened, not delivered. I gave them the delivery instructions and even sent a picture of where I wanted it dropped, it never happened. I'm sorry but the only explanation is that the driver is stealing the parcels, there's no other excuse. DO NOT USE THIS COURIER. DO NOT USE THIS COURIER

Absolute disaster!
Ordered three separate things to get delivered with Relay and they’ve all taken over 10 days to get moving and then have mysteriously failed delivery but are marked as delivered, with no way to contest that. No straightforward way to get help either other than hoping someone gets back to you within a few working days. By that point, the parcels are long gone. Personally never using them again.

I sent parcel through Relay shop drop off. Grey plastic package with yellow label. Parcel gone missing and Photo of parcel show s pink packaging and white label. Courier must have swapped labels. Why? !
Very poor experience of Relay and my lovely silk dress has gone' missing'. Avoid Relay is my advice.

Parcel never arrived.

Ordered an item on Vinted, it got lost en route.

Absolute useless Company, delivered to a shop alley gate on a Saturday teatime when shop is closed until Monday!!!!!!! What is the point of delivery instructions???!!!!
No secure place given either!!! Thickest of thick delivery drivers!!!they even stated secure location!!! Yea, secure to all residents that have key access!!!!!!!

Absolute shambles this company are, my parcel has apparently been out for delivery for 3 days and I’ve not received anything I get given the time slot then it constantly changes, I’ve had another parcel delivered by them but not my other, this company is shocking, there’s no way of contacting them either becuse when you do all you get back is a bloody automated answer, I advise everyone to stay well clear of them

I’ve never ever had so many lost parcels in all my life! What on earth are they doing with them? They should absolutely not be operating with such a poor service

I dropped off my parcel at the relay drop off shop, on Yatesbury garth Hull... The collector scanned my parcel, gave it a tracking number, and took it away... It has not been seen since. Vinted claims it has never been posted (BY ME???) even though there is a tracking number??? (FROM RELAY) And now there is no way to retrieve my parcel; hence, I am contacting the Ombudsman to intervene if they will.

why not simply post the item in the letter box
the item fits, so why not post it?
why do you leave the item 1/2 hanging out of the letter box? Seem a bit odd!
Then you receive emails to suggest you pick up the item? Why would you want to pick it up when you have requested it to be sent?
Is this simply to save time? Or waste the customers time? Either which way, a very irritating service

Terrible service and terrible customer service.

I use my work address, which is a well-known gym in Zone 1 that is open 7 days a week, from 6:30am until 10pm. Despite this, Relay apparently made 3 delivery attempts, yet I was not contacted even once and was given absolutely no explanation as to why the deliveries failed.

The only communication I received was an email saying: “Your order is being returned to the sender.”

I made a complaint on 28th July and sent another email on 5th August, and I still haven’t received a single reply. No explanation, no update, and clearly no interest in resolving the issue.

When I decided to leave feedback and came to Trustpilot, I realised just how shit their service is based on the huge number of similar complaints. It really makes you wonder whether they actually have any intention of improving their service or customer support.

Absolutely unacceptable. I would not recommend Relay.

Parcels lost plus a long window to report missing and claim a refund. It is used frequently on vinted and I have tried to report this issue. Sellers need to know how bad they are!

Completely the wrong parcel from Vinted twice now. Appalling company. Also delayed by 4 days.
