Non existent customer support.Most likely, my package got lost and after flagging the massive delay two times I still haven't heard back from the Customer Support team. It's been 7 days now. Disappointing.

Had 3 failed attempts and been in all 3 times and heard or not see anything whatsoever bad service. Not happy with this company whatsoever never had any issues like this before.

I would give no stars if that was an option. I had 2 parcels out for delivery with Relay, 1 from Temu and 1 from Shein. During the timeframe I was given the doorbell rung and by the time I got to the door the courier had gone but left 2 parcel on the doorstep. I went back in home and had notification that my other parcel had been delivered, no parcel was delivered. I had chosen on the website that if no one was available to leave with a designated neighbour. I went round to the neighbour who said he'd sent him back to me. I checked with other neighbours but no parcel. Some time later the doorbell went and when I went to the door a lady who lives in the next street had bought my parcel. The courier had left it on her doorstep, same number on her door but different street. Thankfully the lady was honest and bought it round to me. I don't understand why he left one parcel but not the other as it should only have gone to the neighbours if I wasn't in. He never even waited for me to get to the door.7/5/2016

I sold Gucci sunglasses on Vinted, but Relay mixed up the parcels and the buyer received a Monsoon dress instead. 🤷‍♀️

I am officially rating a big fat 0. My first experience of having a parcel delivered by this company. The driver delivered to a completely different address, an address that isn't even on my estate.
Trying to contact someone is an absolute nightmare. It's just impossible. I am expecting another parcel delivered through them, who knows where it will end up🤦🏽‍♀️

This company is rubbish . Tbey send you a text asking where to leave the parcel and they completely ignore it . The driver couldn't even be bothered walking up the path to the front door so obviously didn't ring the door bell . Ignored instructions and dumped it outside the front door . Rubbish

These companies' drivers take photos of your property, which is against the law without your permission. They should only photograph where they leave the parcel. My parcel was placed in my post box, and photo's were taken of one side of my house and then the front, which I'm angry about. Tell your drivers to stop this immediately.

Lost my parcel in transit. Please do better as a company, your reviews aren’t looking great. Hire better drivers. Or else this company gonna go bankrupt.

Relay are the WORST delivery company ever. In Liverpool, there has been an issue every time, either late, can't find the place or delayed.

Tracking info gets released so late and is often incorrect.

AVOID if possible.

Submitted on behalf of Gary: If this company is the same as Relaytech then I have to say that tracking was spot on and my package was delivered just over halfway through the 4 hour time slot. The package was in perfect condition and the delivery man was very friendly and polite. He took pictures of the package in my hand and of my door number as proof of delivery. I had read numerous poor reviews of this delivery company but this wasn’t my experience. Top marks to the delivery driver, thank you!

Vinted automatically added Relay to my Vinted account. It's cheaper than the others, so buyers were attracted by that. Hopeless company, worse than Evri, didn't think that was possible!! No receipt for the parcel you've dropped off. Only collect every 3 days from the parcel shop. Parcels have gone missing, Parcels take 10 days to deliver, customer service basically doesn't exist. I checked them out, you can a courier job tomorrow, with virtually no checks. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I couldn't give a zero or I would have. I have wasted 2 days this week waiting for 2 seperate parcels because they told me a window in the morning then it changed to afternoon then changed again to teatime and again to 11pm this is massively unacceptable and very unreliable. I would not use this company in the slightest its put me off ordering from where I order from because they use this company.

I had a message from driver that my parcel is 3 stops away, and in 10 min another message that my delivery is rescheduled. I took off from work to receive the parcel and now they mess my program. Rubbish service and customer service reply in 48 h . I’m surprised they are still on the market when I’m looking that everyone complaining about them. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Relay has been the worst courier ASOS has used. Ever since they started using them their parcels have never come next day. This company is not any I would recommend. I have missed events because they show up a week later

Driver did not knock even though someone was home, left my parcel outside my house with a massive hole in so they obviously tried to steal whatever was inside it if they liked the look of it. I don’t even know what this company is but I for sure will contact the company I bought from making them aware of this monstrosity!

I took a vinted parcel to my local shop. It was scanned but I received no receipt, email or proof of sending. The shop assistant said relay don't give receipts. The item never arrived and was probably never sent and I have no proof. Buyer was refunded and I'm out of pocket. No response from Relay customer service. AVOID.

Awful delivery service, claimed 'failed delivery' when no actual attempts were made. Avoid at all costs if you see this company are the courier.

Twice we've used this service, 2/2 failed to receive and failed to deliver. Shocking service. Avoid at all cost.

I have had 2 deliveries from Relay first one was absolutely terrible just dropped dog food on front door step rang door bell and gone just left it there
Second one was about to walk as I opened door and handed it to me I wouldn’t buy from Temu or pets uk if this is the company they are using sorry 1/5/26 one a week or so before that dog food we are disabled and had to phone someone to come and pick them up and bring them inside front door

As far as I’m concerned, it’s a very good company. I’ve never had a parcel go missing, and everything arrives on time. If there are any delays, they’re only minor.
I have to give them credit.
