If I could give zero stars I would. Multiple lost packages and tracking that just stops as soon as the parcel is delivered. I will be removing them as an option on my vinted and vow never to use them again.

So far everything sent or ordered via Relay has been delayed and with absolutely awful tracking. I won’t use this service again

Wouldnt even give 1 star. Lost package . Wrong parcel delivered to customer with wrong address label . Emailed them ai response to email within 72 hours . Didnt happen . Unable to make contact . Disgusting service and not resolved

Vinted Users - For your sanity, please strongly consider turning off this ludicrous joke of a company in your shipping settings for everything you can.

I have never come across such pathetic service in all my life! 3 times it was chosen by buyers and 3 times it had blackouts of updates for days on end and arrived days to weeks late!

This disgusting rabble have nothing but contempt for their industry and the sooner this grotty shambles is put out of its misery, the better!

A truly awful experience from start to finish. Evri might end up NOT being the UK's worst courier for the 4th year running at this rate!

Extremely slow and pathetic. Please never use them.

Ordered my parcel from shien, spent £60 mins you, i was at the gym at the time of delivery but i had asked someone to listen out, no one knocked in the door and the delivery image was the parc in a wheeling bin....my parcel is now labelled lost and all i got was an apology

I am currently waiting for four parcels from Vinted. I have been waiting three weeks for one parcel, two weeks for another, and one week each for the remaining two.

This is absolutely ridiculous and completely unacceptable. The delivery times are unreasonable, and the lack of communication or updates regarding the progress of these deliveries is extremely frustrating.

The company is unreliable, unprofessional, and fails to meet even the most basic delivery standards.

At this rate, parcels sent to Africa would probably arrive faster than those handled by a local courier company!

I absolutely do not recommend this company to anyone. The service is complete and utter rubbish. An absolute disgrace and a complete waste of time. Avoid at all costs!

I sold an item on Vinted and the buyer selected Relay as the delivery service. I posted the parcel the very same day, on 30 September, so I couldn't have dispatched it any faster.
However, when checking the tracking on 9 October, the estimated delivery window is showing anywhere between 6 October and 4 November. Waiting potentially over a month for a parcel delivery is completely unacceptable in my opinion.
Thankfully I sent the item promptly, but the lack of speed and certainty with the delivery process has been very disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not choose to use Relay and would recommend considering alternative couriers if timely delivery is important.

Rubbish dont ever choose this delivery provider. They hire complete random members of the public to work for them. Multiple of my packages have gone missing and every other package has been severely late. Also no attempt to redeliver so if you miss your parcel youre screwed basically. Srsly just pay a bit more for royal mail it’s not worth it.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely useless service. I don’t know why Vinted continue to use these. Not fit for purpose.

My package was returned to supplier as ‘undelivered’ even though it was coming to my work place where they could leave in reception with no issue between 7.30 - 6pm . Now I’m not going to use my favorite supplier due to not wanting to take a chance on this courier again

On 6th October I was informed that an attempt to deliver my parcel whilst I'd been out had been unsuccessful - this was despite my request to leave the package in my safe place, the front porch. Couriers from InPost, Evri etc. are able to follow this simple request, so I don't know why Relay employees are unable to.

On the app it stated that re-delivery would be made today (8th October). In order to avoid any further issues, I have stayed in all day awaiting my parcel. However, nothing has arrived, and Relay have now replaced the re-delivery on 8th October notification with a very vague "Your order will be back out for delivery soon". As I can't be waiting at home every day on the off-chance that they'll turn up, and my safe place instruction is being ignored, I hold out very little hope that I will ever see my order.

Based on my personal experience and the reviews of the majority of people on here, I would never again buy from any company that I knew to be using this highly incompetent courier.

Terrible experiences with them, I often buy cult beauty and they seems to be using Relay a lot. A month ago they delivered my package with two days delay and to the wrong location, contacted cult beauty so they sent a replacement. Waited more than a week finally got it.
Placed another order last Sunday and the delivery window have past again two days and no info/ update at all.
I have never encountered a delivery service that’s this incompetent.
It says the Customer service will get back to you 48-72 hrs but last time I checked I received a response after 8 days. What a joke.

Plain and simple you will loose your parcel using this company AVOID !
I sent a parcel on the 15th September relay picked up on the 16th September and now it’s the 8th of October and still with the delivery driver. Emailed customer service and short story there is no service got ignored when I gave them the tracking number.

Where is my parcel? Seller dropped it off OK, but no further tracking info. Will avoid any seller who uses these cowboys in future.

I love the product but when I ordered it was on offer buy one get one free can tell why I only got one delivered and could you send me the free one please

Just don't use them. Turn them off on Vinted. 3 Week delivery times, zero tracking and 50% of your parcels go missing. (review based off about 10 months of experience.) Avoid at all costs.

never had issues before sent 2 parcels through vinted should have been delivered 2 days ago nothing is updating on the site kinda disappointed because i have lost money and expensive parcels worst ever delivery service my advice don't ever use that's including evri

Awful !!!!! would never recommend using them been waiting for delivery that was meant to be delivered on 4/10/26 still waiting
And there is no one that actually responds to any email or request
