Awful service
Awful service. I am going to avoid ordering from any business who use relay as their choice of courier. The parcels either never show up, or when they do - they're severely delayed. I've had enough of them.

There app is shit and when we go out taking time out from family to earn money and when the app doesn’t work company says we won’t compensate as this is our policy.
Really if we are panning to work and you and fix your app is that our mistake who will pay for the fuel, time invested, and mental pressure?

Tracking and reality don't match!
4 times I have been backwards and forwards to a collection point , Relays tracking says its delivered the shop said on my visits 3 days in a row it's not there and come back tomorrow.
On the 4th occasion the parcel is there I've physically had it in my hands showing the shop all the codes match but the shop can't/won't release it because tracking saying it has been returned and the QR code says it doesn't exist!!!
4 times I have sent customer service messages to Relay not one response back and certainly no resolution.

If i could give 0 stars i would absolutely shocking, i had a order that was picked up by them given a delivery date they missed that I tried contacting them over the spaces of 3 weeks 4 times no response then I finally got a response and they had lost my order so I ordered a replacement of the item for 7 days later the first order to arrive. Very poor services and would never use or recommend again.
First time using Relay
First time using Relay, no tracking details and now parcel is being sent back to me. Buyer wasn't notified the parcel was ready for collection. Waste of time and now I have to wait for item to return I'm guessing I have to go and pick it up and relist.

Absolute joke left a parcel where I stated NOT to leave and it wasn’t there when I returned home cant get a refund so shan’t be ordering anything that uses this company. They don’t respond to emails etc totally untrustworthy in my opinion

If I could give 0 stars I would. Refuse to use relay now on Vinted. Parcels must go via Australia and back to the UK before being delivered. Not only are my buyers waiting for parcels, if I order through Vinted and use relay I get them delivered in bulk weeks after I’ve purchased them. Currently have a notification my parcel is ready for collection it’s not even at the shop. Buyer is waiting for payment through Vinted but I have no parcel to collect. Support service shocking. At there end it says it’s not delivered. Other couriers with bad reputations better than this set up. Absolutely shocking. Avoid at all costs. Postage may well be cheaper….but that’s clearly reflected in their shocking service.

Its unfortunate that I had to give a star to this company at all!! Absolutely useless in every way! Apparently a courier picked up my parcel over a week ago. I can only assume they have taken it on holiday, or perhaps eloped with it. Whoever it was they must have been absolutely desperate for a hairdryer! I, like other customers have contacted Relays so called customer service and of course heard nothing back. I would suggest that Relay rename themselves Delay as this seems to be a more accurate description of their service!
Parcel cut open on collection
Sent parcel to a Vinted customer when the customer received the parcel it had been cut open . As always Vinted sided with the customer and I lost money !
Please read this and reply so that we can sort out my loss of funds !
One item took 2,weeks after my Vinted…
One item took 2,weeks after my Vinted order had been placed for notification that it was going to be dropped at the collection point, and then for some reason it was returned to the buyer without me being involved. 2 other items I ordered from different Vinted buyers took a full 7 days for delivery after they had been dropped off. Frustratingly slow!!
I now realise there are much better options for delivery from Vinted

Unprofessional and careless, not delivering to you and dumping your parcel in unsafe places. Late and very slow delivery, avoid. No response when complained to customer service about their awful service, rubbish.

Let’s hope this company goes bust took 3 days to pick up a Vinted parcel being sent to me from the shop and two days preparing delivery which has not changed for days totally useless I will advise all my customers not to use dreadful!

Awful - they mix up deliveries, items seemingly get lost, Relay are a disaster-try to avoid them and choose a different delivery company.

Cheap but not cheerful service. Vinted started offering and as a seller I have removed from options as parcels not being picked up from drop off points for days. I inadvertently ordered something myself that was being delivered by them. Seller dropped off 4 days ago and there it sits!!!

Driver did not bother to knock just threw it over the back gate onto a concrete floor. Its a delicate radio so I don't know if I should open it and see if it works or just return it as is. He had wrote next door number on the box but they said no one rang their Ring doorbell
Avoid at all costs
Chose this option for my previous Vinted purchase. Item never arrived. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, now this one missing. What an utter shambles. I have suggested Vinted severs ties with this set up. Should have know by the Royal Mail association.
