I can't give no stars, three things sent via relay, none have reached me, one delivered to a shop. Nowhere near me and returned immediately by the driver. One sent out for delivery, that's been returned to the sender with comments
" unable to deliver" never come to my address (cctv proof), lord only knows where the third is, worst ever courier.
Zero stars would be better
Zero stars would be better. Delayed and then missing parcels. No communication, can’t speak to a human, just keep telling me to submit a ticket!!!! Don’t use!!!

Rang intercom and threw parcel in the foyer. Had to walk down 5 floors to retrieve. Appalling service. This has happened before and parcels have gone missing.
“Delivery”… does not mean throwing parcels in foyer of 44 apartment block for anyone to take.
Very frustrating
Very frustrating - my Vinted parcel was said to be at delivery point (shop) - I went 3 times and it wasn’t there. To add insult to injury, the auto message system kept reminding me to pick it up! This was my most frustrating delivery experience to date.

2nd delivery attempt went t1ts up. Courier call me when she was literally around the corner. Asked me for my precise address as she couldn't find it from the post code. Got an automated message an hour later informing me delivery had been attempted but I wasn't in....
Why don't they just dump it on my door step like Amazon do....?

Vinted Item delivered to my regular pick up shop, ive been using this shop regularly for the last 6 weeks, package completely opened, .( obviously contents inspected & not to the perpetrators taste ) It was

Constantly changing delivery times WhatsApp sends the same message no actual customer service to talk to, had multiple delivery prople knock then instantly walk away from the house and the delivery pictures even show this as I know what outside my house looks like and what angle photos have been taken from, absolutely appalling business and want to stop using the businesses that use this delivery company

The worst company
The worst company. No contact number, no physical address almost a scam company.
We have now worked for them, for 3 months. Having to fight for our payment for receiving, handling and distributing parcels. They treat shop keepers with no respect.
Still waiting to be paid, kind of worrying who's handling our data and if its protected.
Less than minimum wage
They insist you to prebook but the next day you will get less money then you booked and in some cases more routes and if you dont do the underpaid work they block you from the app
You have to put your own petrol in and have your own insurance but they want to pay you less then national minimum wage
Relay are terrible
Even when you email them , they never get back just block your account and customer service is next non existent all they care is that the parcel is delivered
Name change but worse service
Parcel rescheduled by them! Arrived 2 days later but to someone else’s address, my name and address clear on the label. They don’t care! We’re all here just moaning to each other!

Believablely (not un) Toilet company
Believablely Toilet. On par with Evri. Try not to use them. The best thing for companies like this is to purposely get them shut down. If you don't give them the service they can't exist. They are greedy and rude they do not answer emails at all. They deliver late and lose parcels. Avoid them and keep writing bad reviews for them. They deserve to be shut down. My next complaint is with trading standards. People In the UK should stick together. Let's get them shut down.

I received an email that my package is out for delivery and will be delivered between 7-10pm so I cancelled my Saturday night plans so I can get it as I really needed the item for the next day. 9:45pm I received an message that the package is three stops away and will be delivered in the next 10 min, at 9:53 another message that the delivery was unsuccessful, how is that even possible?

Shocking service
Shocking service - parcel marked as delivered to Moorhall stores Cheriton Folkestone Kent England and wasn’t even delivered. Owner of Moorhall Stores rude and arrogant when he couldn’t find the parcel. Won’t be using them again.
Multiple incorrect deliveries
They never ring the bell or knock. Never get delivery updates. They don't follow delivery instructions correctly. Several parcels have been left at wrong addresses including the one that came today. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU HAVE THE OPTION.
