I waited ages for delivery, when it finally arrived it had been delivered to another house outside the ladies door. Plus she was in but dumped it there.
I was in as well somebody clearly cannot read numbers on doors!
Should not be a trading company. Why does Vinted use them? Disgusting.

Relay have managed to confuse labels on parcels as I have received an item of clothing I didn’t order and the item that should have been delivered is missing ?
Customer Services difficult to contact. I would never use this company to send a parcel Extremely disappointing. As I await a response to my email
I note customer services/ support reads nowhere on their website.

Have had items sent to me using this courier twice, one was completely the wrong item and one just never arrived.
Family members have also experienced similar issues with their deliveries.
The idea is good, but their system just does not work!

I am very disappointed with this delivery company. They repeatedly deliver parcels to collection points even when I have selected home delivery. Despite contacting customer service several times and clearly asking them not to do this, my requests have been completely ignored.

Having to travel to collect parcels defeats the purpose of paying for home delivery and is extremely inconvenient. It feels like customer preferences are not respected, and there is little accountability when problems are reported.

I would not recommend this company unless you are happy to collect your parcels yourself. Based on my experience, they do not reliably deliver to the address requested and do not respond effectively to customer concerns

Avoid Relay. Didnt deliver to my house but to a shop. Waited over a week and when they emailed me to tell me it was ready to collect, it wasnt. I wont purchase goods if I know Relay will be the delivery firm from now on.

I've purposely paid for the premium next day delivery on ASOS as I was flying abroad in a few days. The parcel was meant to arrive on Monday at a specific time slot, but thereafter, the updates given kept changing to 'Your ASOS order is expected to arrive today' and it is now Friday. I've raised a ticket with ASOS but looks like it might take over a week to resolve, which is completely useless to me as I am now abroad.

Couldn’t deliver a simple package. Contradictory tracking messages. Poor and very late (2 weeks to reply) customer service, which was also way behind the timeline of what had already happened (said it was lost, but had been returned to sender for some reason). Not for me.

I had a delivery today, the driver just pulled up outside the house and walked up towards the door and threw the parcel at the door didn’t ring the ring doorbell and walked back down the drive whilst taking a photo. Someone was home to take it in luckily but I also have a safe place for parcels. It’s a good job the parcel wasn’t fragile.

Do not waste your time with this courier, didn't attempt delivery and returned to sender without explanation.

Worst delivery service ever. Very disappointing delivery service. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with this company. My parcel has been lost several times, and I’ve also experienced multiple failed delivery attempts, which eventually meant I had to collect the parcel myself.

Trying to contact customer service has been another issue. Responses are extremely slow and can take several days, which is very frustrating when you’re trying to locate a missing parcel or resolve a delivery problem.

I understand that delivery issues can happen occasionally, but having the same problems repeatedly is unacceptable. I hope the company improves its delivery reliability and customer service response times.

AWFUL. Lose parcels
Don't give updates.
Just say it's delayed.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Give a month's delivery window.
This is 2026 not 1940's? Is it being delivered by a sloth?

Driver never rang, can’t talk to anyone, can’t even save delivery preferences on their platform. Really terrible platform

Terrible, useless courier cannot even get a parcel from A to B with instruction. Seem to be a fully AI business as do not respond to any contact, multiple attempts and only AI or zero responses. No way of contacting or making complaints otherwise. Shut it down.

Absolutely terrible!!!! Packages disappear. I don't get a response from customer service. It's terrible. No updates... Where do the packages go? Do they take them home? Ridiculous! I’m not recommend this service.

Absolutely rubbish courier service. Received a text with time frame during the day. Kept changing all day till late night and still didn’t deliver. Whole day wasted waiting. In the past if I didn’t come fast enough to the door to receive they would just leave outside lying around for it to be nicked by the passerby. Awful company. Don’t ever use this service. Save your time and money.

first of all they once delivered my parcel at the wrong address tried to contact customer support never heard back and second of all they have now lost my other parcel worst delivery service there is customer support is completely non existent

What is the point of these people ? Keep getting whatsapp messages.. 3 today..Saying " Relay is delivering my parcel ... " or just a short walk to collect ".. No idea of what parcel, who's parcel.. No useful info given like a tracking number, or where the parcel is on it's journey.. !! Or some random option for some random shop I've never heard of or asked for.. Finally get tracking numbers from a later email.. only to find.. it's on it's way to a warehouse.. So nowhere near close to being delivered.Why not just say that from the start.. something useful like.. We're expecting it soon.. we've got it.. we're sorting it...But most of all.. Only tell me you're delivering it when.. you're delivering it..Seriously, this lot make Evri look good. How is that possible.. ??

Very disappointed with Relay’s customer service. My parcel was waiting for collection, but I never received the required barcode from the company, which meant I was unable to collect it. I contacted support for help, but I only received a response about a week later, after the collection period had already expired and the parcel was returned to the sender. What made the experience even more frustrating was being told to deal directly with the sender, instead of Relay taking responsibility for the issue caused by their own lack of communication. I found this response unhelpful and unprofessional. This situation could have been avoided with better customer support and quicker action. Unfortunately, Relay’s service was unreliable, and based on this experience, I would not recommend using them.
