Absolutely terrible service, slow delivery and when delivered completely wrong package.
Won’t be using again.

The only thing they seem to get better at is getting worse..Three phone calls by someone who could hardly understand or talk english trying to tell me he couldn't find the address, despite having driven past it, and it having two large ten foot signs at the entrance and being less than a 100 yards away.. Eventually he must have found it and decided to leave it unattended, 6 inches inside the gate for any passer by to pick up..

Lies about delivery attempts.

The reason your parcels aren’t delivered is that Relay pay so poorly per parcel they can’t get couriers to fulfil the contracts they have signed up to.
At the minute they are paying couriers £0.75 per parcel.
Sounds alright till you look into to it.
No1 couriers are asked to agree to routes night before at a rate, normally around £45 pound in my area for about 50 drops.
No 2 couriers turns up and route has been devalued by 20% everytime without fail.
No 3 Relay route plan very badly, they’ll estimate a route at say 30km. Unfortunately they would mean driving up canals, one way streets etc if you followed it. It has been reported to them by multiple couriers but they ignore it. routes are really about 30-35 mile (48km).
No 4 the delivery app is crap and doesn’t upload images pod etc. this leads to couriers being suspended because of their crap tech, which further delays delivery.
No 5 all this taken into account, fuel, relay mucking you around etc the couriers wage per hour minus fuel is around £8.
Key takeaway for all the people moaning on here is that if you pay peanuts expect the service to be at the level of value you have given it

If I could give no stars I would. This company doesn't even meet the basic functions of a delivery service. Twice now I've had notification of a delivery to a pick up point, only to be told by the shop that it's not there - one told me that the drivers just drop stuff off wherever they feel like it, but they can't see where on the system. I also can't see where it's actually been left, so no way of picking it up and both times packages have had to be returned to the seller. Useless.

When it works, it works well, but this week I’ve had 3 parcels with Relay that completely stopped tracking after dropping off at the shop. Turns out they’ve not been collected yet so think something has gone terribly wrong as this is nearly a week its been stuck at the shop without collection

Currently have 4 parcels lost by Relay - what is the point of using Relay, I might as well ask the people I am buying from to just chuck my purchases away!
Relay you are a disgrace!

Shocking service. Been waiting 2 weeks now for 2 items ordered separately off Vinted. Seems carrier has bid for more work when it has neither the capacity or robust network to manage volumes. I will no longer purchase from anyone who only offers Relay as a carrier.

Relay offered an unavailable drop off point.
They didn’t contact me to say that the point which they had offered no longer worked for them.
They returned the item to the vendor.

Absolutely the worst delivery service out of them all . Turn them off on your settings on vinted 👍
3 weeks for one of my delivery’s no updates you try contact them it took 6 days for them to reply it says will be 3 days no phone number to ring .
Other parcels not been updated In 5 days with no delivery date in site . They should be investigated by trading standards etc . Should not be trading .

These people are crooks, they need to be investigated. Awful customer service ( do they even have one). I even paid extra for my item to arrive at my address rather than pick up point. Who runs this God awful company?!?!?!?!?

Went to Selected Relay shop to pick up Vinted parcel, didn't have barcode, however, did have alternative code as suggested, should a barcode not be available.
Man in Hythe, Southampton branch , refused flatly and was adamant, he couldn't hand over the parcel.
Not acceptable .
Please advise, how I can retrieve my parcel?

Absolutely disgusting service both times! First time sent text saying was going to be delivered and arrived 2 days later. Second time and I have camera footage , the driver literally threw the parcel at my front door. Didn't even knock, didn't read note on the door to leave in shed. Totally unacceptable. The parcel could have been fragile. Would never choose to use them. Unfortunately Shein use them which is out of my control 😕.

Shocking company. In the last 6 months I've sent one parcel using Relay, which got lost and recieved 3 off different people, which also all got lost. The company takes no responsibility for it and don't care. AVOID!!

The slowest delivery service I have ever known!! Takes weeks to deliver, they collect the parcel and then it’s sat in that status for weeks on end

If I could score zero I would, while watching the live feed the courier went pass my property twice and then marked it as a fail delivery, even though they have delivered to my address in July this year

It’s always delayed and never arrives on time and most of the time parcel gets lost , terrible company they clearly don’t know how to operate

Ordered a parcel which was supposed to arrive 3 days ago with no communication from them stating when my parcels going to arrive. Customer service is unheard and impossible to get ahold of, there is literally no support in place at all.

Ordered from vinted, it states that parcel is being “prepared for delivery” and has been that way for way too long. Would NEVER recommend and will certainly be the last time I use this service. Stick to Royal Mail or Inpost people.

Poor delivery service fail to do what you paid for. 3 parcels from differnt parts of the country not arrived ! I dont recommend.

Please could you cease operations. You can’t do this. Hidden ways to get business off Vinted. Never deliver on time. Yet another poor experience that shows item takes days to collected and days to ‘reach you’. In my latest poor experience 5 days to reach you. No indication of when item
will arrive. I forgot to check delivery firm and here we go again. Nearly 2 weeks I bet. Needed item this weekend.
