This company likes to confuse the customer, by sending email’s about your delivery, but wants you to come and collect, your company is a delivery service, I do not like to receive email after email telling me to collect my parcel, even if it is “just round the corner “ if I want to collect then I would do so without being coerced into doing anything. JUST DELIVER.

Good fast service. Better/ faster than evri.

Absolutely avoid at all costs...ordered vinyl through Vinted and ended up with Primark Disney PJs. This cheap delivery service is unreliable and shouldn't be trading. Have kicked them and also Vinted into touch now as both as bad as each other. Vinted back up service is just as bad....extremely poor customer Service

The worst delivery company in the UK. Not once had a successful delivery from them. I don’t think they actually attempt delivery. Your parcel is ALWAYS available to be collected from one of their drop off points. Absolutely farce of a company

If you use this courier, don't expect any support if something goes wrong.

I left my parcel at one of your designated drop-off stores for shipping, but the store lost it. I reported the issue immediately and provided photographic evidence to show that the parcel had been dropped off. Despite this, no meaningful action has been taken, and I have received no resolution or compensation.

This level of customer service is unacceptable. Sellers rely on your platform and your approved shipping partners, and when a parcel is lost after being handed over correctly, the responsibility should not fall entirely on the seller.

I expect this matter to be investigated properly and resolved as soon as possible.

Absolutely useless. Sent a package last Sunday still not been delivered by Saturday the following week. Tracking says could be another MONTH. Won't use again CRAP

Relay is the worse courier in the UK. They should not be allowed to operate. Late deliveries, inadequate attempts to deliver. Useless.

Do not use delivery people are miserable, un pleasant people and just throw the parcels at the front door. No respect any of them, Terrible company

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered something on a Monday / Tuesday. The tracking only updated to have been picked up by relay on a SATURDAY 4+ working days later. The price is certainly NOT WORTH the headache.

I do not want any provider using this courier service again. I have had a deluge of messages on multiple comms platforms even before they received the parcel. When it finally arrived I was obliged to be photographed with the package in my hand.

That's way over the top and I will be telling all the companies I purchase online from, that I will not purchase unless they guarantee they do not use Relay delivery.

Every single time I use Relay delivery on Vinted, it’s delayed for a minimum of a week, I emailed them on the 5th July chasing a delivery, and now we’re on the 25th July and still haven’t had a reply, I’ll do anything to avoid this company, shocking service, 1/5 stars doesn’t do it any justice.

The drivers take the picture in front of the door number and then take it back with them, when I get home 3h later it’s always gone! Stop this scam please!!! Fuc/king drop it inside the letterbox instead of leaving it on the doorstep in the middle of the road

Tracking marked as delivered days before it was.
Package dumped on drive way about 75 metres from the house!
Couldnt be bothered to even try to deliver to the door.
They seem to be worse than Yodel and that takes some doing!!
Please dont use them for anything

We got handed a parcel meant for next door who we don't have contact with...!!

We didn't get asked to take the parcel your driver just handed out to my wife and left we believed it was for our daughter till we read the address.

Very poor delivery service and we now have a parcel which should be in someone else's hand

Every single time the parcel doesn’t arrive. There’s clearly someone stealing the parcels or not delivering it.
I get delivery fromDPD, Inpost, Evri, and every single time it’s Relay the parcel doesn’t arrive. THEFT, FRAUD!!!!

I purchased 3 separate items through this delivery company and all 3 times have come back to me saying they cannot deliver to my designated place but going to deliver to another quite away away. Having no car at the moment is not good.

Been over a week now and over the time period given to deliver and just keeps saying DELAY.

First and last time using this delivery service as absolutely diabolical !!

First experience with this company. They delivered my Temu parcel today. Left it in some random location I couldn’t identify even though I had a note on my front door saying to leave it at the back door which was easily accessible. Now my parcel is missing, I’ve no idea where it was placed and have had to request a refund from Temu. Hoping I never have to get a delivery from them again.

I would not give these deliveries one star. I have had to leave one star to review. They dont deliver they dump packages. A few weekas ago someone knocked on my door they had found my delivery dumped in garages. Today again my daugheter found a package delivered 3 days ago mjust dumped at the back of my house. No notfcation and they certainly would not leave an image of where it was as it would be incriminating. Do not trust these people, They are bad, very bad

Unfortunately had the misfortune of buying on Vinted and relay being the only option. The item says delivered to the relay shop but they deny this. The person in front of me also has the same issue. What’s the point in providing tracking if it’s unusable

Terrible delivery company. Say you are next stop then failed delivery even though you are at home. One very disappointed daughter.
